Esperaba más por el precio del vuelo

Se perdió la conexión por el retraso en el aeropuerto. Apenas se está tomando hoy un vuelo con escala y cambio de aerolíneas. Doce horas en el aeropuerto de Londres para conseguir uno.
La llegada a Londres y el apoyo para arreglar la pérdida de la conexión fue una tortura. Más de 12 horas para conseguir un vuelo y súmale luego conseguir un hotel para una noche en Londres. British Airways esta desbordado y el aeropuerto más!
El vuelo se retrasó en casi 2 horas
Retraso y mal servicio
Nada. Por culpa de un retraso en un primer vuelo con vosotros perdí el segundo.
El embarque fue complicado por que estaban con poco personal y había una sola persona chequeando la documentación del control sanitario, lo cual terminó retrasando la salida del vuelo. El viaje en sí después fue aceptable.
Ventajas: "El personal es muy amable y atento. La comida es buena y no tuve problemas con mi asiento."

Ventajas: "Entretenimiento: Buen sistema de pantalla interactiva con mucha variedad de películas, nuevos estrenos y sobre todo valoro la disonibilidad de estas películas en español-castellano. Me gusto mucho el poder disponer de suficientes bebidas y refrescos durante el vuelo."
Desventajas: "Me hicieron despachar mi equipaje de mano, porque el vuelo estaba muy lleno, fue gratis el servicio, pero rompieron mi valija. Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."

They only offer two free movies, a few tv episodes, and music. 5. They serve you food twice. No snacks. No alcohol."

Desventajas: "Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. This happens sometimes, of course, however a gesture of not charging €10 for an upgrade from the mesely two tv shows/movies would’ve been an appropriate approach to treating customers right. Food was decent, but don’t have any allergies as the accommodations are definitely lacking. Crew was polite, but not overly social or friendly."

Pilot made no attempt to adjust speed so we could arrive in Phoenix on time, which means we missed our scheduled gate departure so we were made even more late as the place sat on the tarmac in Phoenix waiting for another gate to deplane."

Ventajas: "Flight attendants made the trip as comfortable as possible."
Desventajas: "Stood in line for two hours before even getting to the concourse. Then sat on the plane another 1.5 hours while luggage was removed for passengers who did not clear security. Leg room was terrible and I am not particularly tall. When passenger in front of me reclined her seat it knocked my Kindle out of my hand and about took out a knee."

Desventajas: "The first meal was a bit bland but that could have been due to my exhaustion (overnight flight). The entertainment system only offers a very limited choice if you're not willing to pay for premium access."
Ventajas: "This is a new service out of New Orleans which I found very convenient and efficient. Smooth flight and good, attentive crew."
Desventajas: "Communication regarding reservations and follow-up check-in was not very easy. Also at the airport when I stopped and asked a Condor employee for directions to locate my connecting flight, her initial response was curt --that she could not help me as she was in the process of boarding passengers -- although there was no one but her there. She then directed me elsewhere."
Ventajas: "Flight was on time. Plane was clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Seats recline."
Desventajas: "Economy seats lack adjustable headrests found in economy class seats of other airlines. The kind that support your head side-to-side. Without headrest, it was difficult to sleep on the 10 hour flight. The seat has less legroom than other airlines, I have a 32" inseam and my knees touched the seat in front of me."

Desventajas: "El vuelo tenia overbooking y no pude embarcar. La propuesta de vuelo nueva supone el doble de tiempo viajando mas un retraso de 7h con respecto a la hora original, ademas de haber tenido que volver a comprar billetes de yren en el destino"

Desventajas: "Vegan food wasn't actually vegan (yogurt is not vegan) and quality and taste were poor. Broken overhead compartment. Limited space to move about. More movies in economy (seriously ridiculous not to provide more entertainment to all classes on an overseas flight)."
Desventajas: "I did not like that my flight with Air Dolomiti did not leave on time."
Ventajas: "Bypassing Athens was great but the very very early, extremely early departure was not good."
Desventajas: "Low cost and not going through Athens. Also we flew condor from Seattle. We should have been able to check our bags all the way through to Samos"

Desventajas: "First the ground staff didn't allow people with disabilities to pre-board, Second, the seats were so crammed together, like I've never seen on an international flight, third the entertainment options were pathetic and alcohol wasn't free. I've paid less for tickets and gotten way more. But what was truly appalling was the fact that I asked the airport staff for a wheelchair and they wouldn't give it to me, I could barely walk and they ignored my request in Frankfurt."

Desventajas: "There was one older lady crew was very rude to almost I felt very prejudice. Not expecting to get a kind of service from an airline crew. Also disappointed you have to pay for your inflight entertainment on a longhaul flight. Will never fly this airline again."
Ventajas: "I had never heard of Condor before this trip and as a regular traveler to Europe I was a little nervous. But everything was a breeze! Boarding was super easy, The overhead compartments were spacious enough for my overpacked suitcase and I got a whole row to myself! Will definitely be flying Condor again."
Desventajas: "I did get my regular altitude sickness so actually having a vomit bag would have been nice."
Desventajas: "The crew did not give to me my dinner and my breakfast until I ask, deSpite they do it with all the passenger. With the breakfast one of the girl saw me without a food and she did not offer it me!"

Desventajas: "We up graded to economy comfort on both to and back they charged card but apon checkin wefr seated economy had to dispute card. We're told they would transfer bag to connecting flt. Didn't most ever international company has free drinks no here and very limited selection Would think twice before ever bookends a long international Flt with CONDOR"
Ventajas: "Helpful and polite crew, new and clean plane. Standard meals were ok (nothing special) but special order meals where a little better"
Desventajas: "Tight seats (economy class), fairly basic plane setup, delayed flight (~2:50 mins)"

Desventajas: "Destroyed my bag. 3 zippers completely damaged and ripped off as well as 3 straps missing and the bottom of my bag completely open with everything missing, hundreds of dollars of stuff lost. Company did not do much to help."
