Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

In fact, unless I went to the agent's desk, I'm not sure they would have even remembered. Then my husband and I were split on the plane, and even worse, assigned in middle seats. Unacceptable. Last, unlike Hawaiian, they served no food. I'm flying Hawaiian in the future."

Delay meant we had to upgrade car rental because unit originally reserved was rented to another party who was able to timely get luggage and rent car with no delay. Note, did finally receive luggage about 5 hours later, came in on next flight from mai to Kauai."

Desventajas: "I am not going to pin point Hawaiian as the worst, I think all airlines just do not care anymore. I have a huge bruise on my upper side leg from trying to get up and down from my aisle seat for people to go to the bathroom. Even with the arm up it was hard to get up and down, the seats are way to close or I need to weigh 110 lbs. How do large men do it? I would not say I am a large person."
Ventajas: "We are thinking of signing up for the Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card Program they handed out on the plane."

It was coming apart! My tray table had a broken cup holder, and rest of the tray tables were very wobbly). I was disappointed with the no WiFi or complementary inflight entertainment/movies for the 4.5 hour flight."
Desventajas: "For any flight lasting over an hour, passengers should be allotted ample leg room and space. The couple in front of us reclined their seats for the whole flight and left us with little room. Airlines are also nickel and diming the passengers every which way by making you pay for a tablet rental to watch a movie."

They ended up putting me at a seat next to a wall (like a window seat without a window) and it was very clausterphobic. Free meal service was nice but no vegetarian option."
Ventajas: "Despite purchasing tickets in June, we were not seated together for our December flight home from Maui. During online check-in, 3 of us were scattered about the plane and the other 2 were not even assigned seats. NO ONE at customer service was able to assist us over the phone nor at in person check-in. It was not resolved until we got to the gate and we were divided onto 2 different groups."
Desventajas: "There was no vegetarian nor vegan option for guests in flight. As I was not seated with my kids, they ate nothing."
Ventajas: "Loved the customer service all the way. All of the employees were very attentive and were genuinely interested in helping everyone."

Desventajas: "They made an announcement to sell the Tablet rental for $15 and you'll have it 20 mins into the flight versus if you get on the plane for $17 and it would be 2 hrs later. But that was not the case. The Tablet was available right away the same time I got my tablet, which I paid pre-board. so I don't like to be "Lied" to."

Ventajas: "Flight crew was friendly & courteous. Flight seemed shorter than the expected 4-1/2 hours of misery."
Desventajas: "1. At the airport in Maui, once we used the self-check-in to print our boarding passes and luggage check-in tags other airlines would have had someone take you luggage from you and you're done. Here, we now have to take our luggage and get into a long line where we then take it to another counter. 2. Why were there twice as many people in the TSA pre-check line as in the regular line? My son and his GF did not have TSA pre-check, yet they went through security much faster than my wife & I. 3. Seats too narrow. I was snugly fit in, and I had to stand in order to get something out of my front pant's pocket. 4. Not enough legroom and no way to stretch my leg (and my very painful knee). We sat in row 17. It was right side bulkhead on 2-3-2 configuration. There was no way to stretch out my knee. The configuration of the inside of the aircraft placed the bulkhead wall too close to the seat. My leg was at about 70 degrees the entire flight (0 degrees is completely straight). Notably, the same row on the left side of the plane had about another 12 inches of leg-room. That's just the way the plane was configured. 5. No WiFi 6. Entertainment device rip-off. I wasn't interested in renting an entertainment device, but I was offended by their offer. If you signed up for it at the desk before boarding you would pay $15 and would get the device 20 minutes after take-off. If you waited until you were on the plane you would pay $17. The worse part: YOU WOULDN'T GET THE DEVICE UNTIL 2 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT!!!"
Desventajas: "No care for the people flying. I had ZERO room to put any of my carry on luggage and was told we "share space". Then safety instructions were not clear because they were on a video and could not hear with everyone talking. Microphones were out of date and constantly cutting out. Half the seatbelt lights were out and could not see if you needed them on or not. Overall not a happy experience. Will not be flying Hawaiian again."
Desventajas: "I paid for an expensive ticket to get back home relaxed and on time for my sister's birthday and to have time to prepare for my new job on Monday. We ended up having 6 hour delay arriving at 1 am. This added so much stress that I lost all the energy I absorbed in Maui. I missed my sister's birthday, we ended up having to eat at ogg twice, we lost our ride and had to take a taxi home. I need my money back."
Ventajas: "The crew was really nice and I liked that they still serve an actual meal. They offered one free alcohol drink and came through the aisles often to offer drinks, snacks or meals."
Desventajas: "The plane was pretty old. All 4 of our seats were broken in some fashion. There was no entertainment on board even though they had a video screens - and these are 5+ hour flights. They charged an extra $15 for an iPad mini that you pre-loaded movies. Would have been better to watch a movie on a regular sized iPad but even better to have not been charged."

Cancelación del vuelo de 15 horas por motivos de tripulación, y en el aeropuerto de charlotte no tuvimos derecho a hotel para descansar.

Desventajas: "Nos demoraron 40 min en asignar puerta para desembarcar, tuvimoa que caminar todo el aeropuerto de miami porque el equipaje salio por la gate asignada inicialmente al avion y mi valija se fue para un vuelo de conexion. Media hora de espera mas y termine perdiendo el transfer al hotel y tuve que esperar 3 horas mas al proximo. Un vuelo de 2 horas me llevo todo el dia"

Desventajas: "La salida del avión tuvo un retraso de mas de una hora lo que provoco que perdiera mi conexión a PHX, a pesar de tener "Express conexión" no sirvió de mucho y tuve que hacer una larga fila en migración."
