Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

Una aerolinea con estandares de calidad y de servicio insuperables. Nos trataron muy bien desde que llegamos al Counter.
El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."
Desventajas: "Que haya más variedad en la comida vegana"

Y ahí quedó mi batería. La comida más variada"

Ventajas: "Qatar beats every US based airline, hands down! The planes are clean and modern with better seats, leg room, technology, food and staff. Everything is included in the cost of a ticket, something that US airlines should learn! I cannot say enough about the experience and wood recommend to anyone traveling to destinations served by this airline."

Desventajas: "Although the loading Zone was given as Zone 1, boarding was chaotic because the fround crew was incredibly inefficient. The announcement was totally mumbled and badly managed, Why cant the boarding at Cochin be organised like queues for each zone so that the passengers do not crowd in a mad rush near the gate as if the fliht will leave without them. As in Doha have different seating area for different zones and the ground crew should be trained to be firm to allow only passengers with boarding."

Desventajas: "Waiting area at the Manila gate was over crowed, needed to sit on the floor. The entertainment system on the 777 was hard to operate, slow to respond."
Ventajas: "The aircraft from US to Qatar was upgraded and looked new. I love the new on demand video streaming, the touch controls are precise and better than previous version"
Desventajas: "I wish the airline was a bit more organized with boarding. I saw people with other zones boarding even when they were not called. The air hostess was friendly but I kinda got a feeling that she is doing me a huge favor when I asked for something more."

Desventajas: "But the onboarding was a bit disorganized. The zone method was confusing to non native speakers so everyone was confused. It then become chaotic. Also the 320 product was too different than the 350 flight"
Desventajas: "They announced everything in English and Arabic and repeated the same announcement multiple times. The entertainment is good but frustrating that it is constantly interrupted with announcement about everything. I have never heard that many on any other plane. The announcement about customs paperwork was long and done 2 times in English and 2 times in Arabic. There safety video is soooo long and again is done in two languages. It was just all too much. Besides that everything was great."
