Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

La atencion miy buena. Todo bien. El desayuno no me gustó
El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Desventajas: "Seats are too close and not enough space for my legs. I am 187 (6'2"). No outlets to charge your phone. For me it is important on the long flight."
Ventajas: "Took over an hour to check in. There were at least 300 people in line with one person checking economy in."

Desventajas: "We had a very rude male flight attendant that argued with us when they didn't have a vegetarian meal for my wife even though we checked that box when buying our tickets. My wife ate two bread rolls for dinner before the next meal 7 hours later. Later, when the second meal was served, he muttered a smart assed reply to my wife after he handed her food to her. After that meal service he offered everyone coffee except us."

Ventajas: "For once the seats have enough space. Airlines think we are cattle and that they can pack as much as possible every airplane. For once I was glad to have a confortable experience."

Ventajas: "Muy amable el personal, asientos cómodos (además viajé en un vuelo casi vacío con lo cual pude disfrutar de mayor comodidad). La comida estaba riquísima y bien presentada. El vuelo, si bien salió 10minutos demorado, llegó antes de lo previsto."
Desventajas: "Me obligaron a despachar un carry on, por tener 1kg de exceso de peso. La salida fue vía autobús con un trayecto bastante prolongado y con espera"

The second leg of the flight was on Pakistan International Airlines from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad that I didn't notice. Very dangerous airline. I think the sight should clearly warn u that the other segment of flight is on other line when u check flights. Because the flight detail showed only Etihad airways all the way to Islamabad"

Desventajas: "Checkin problems. They look for means to charge extra for handbag. Their handbag dimensions are smallest than any other airline. A standard carry on strolley will never fit their dimensions as they have it 7cm less in length and they harass passengers to pay for it. Very bad attitude."
