Desventajas: "My checked in luggage was never put on that direct plane. I am very disappointed. I have to wait 2,3 days for its arrival."

Ventajas: "2 hour delay, which had a quick transfer. My bag did not arrived with me. I submitted a luggage claim, they were supposed to call me up the following day which they didn't. I took it upon myself to go to the airport to collect my luggage. It took half day to take care of the luggage situation."

Desventajas: "My entertainment stopped working mid flight. There was someone sitting behind me who was heavier and I was asked not to let my seat back. I was provided no compensation for this discomfort."

Ventajas: "The seats and entertainment on the screen."
Desventajas: "2 hour flight delay in LA. Then had to stand in line for 2.5 hours for rebooking the following morning. Then my new connected flight was delayed 1.5 hours. Then they left my bag in warsaw and it's been 2 days and I can't get a hold of anyone for my bag"

Ventajas: "Cheap fair to Eastern Europe. Many new movies."
Desventajas: "Crammed seats. Flight delayed. Almost missed the connection flight. My luggage didn’t make it to the final destination. Luggage delivered to my hotel in 2 days. Noticed the bags have been opened (I put tapes around the bag, and the tapes were cut/altered). Some stuff were stolen. G.H.E.T.T.O."

Desventajas: "2,5 hrs late at departure. Lost valuable time in Warsaw, could have had a few more hours to explore the city"

Desventajas: "The flight was late and there was no information, just few times delayed boarding time. And people (especialy young lady) behind boarding desk looked very unhappy that people were asking questions"

Ventajas: "First of all, we had to line up in a very long que when arriving from Zagbreb. Then we had to wait very long for the bus to take us to the plane. Finally, we had to wait for almost 30 minutes ON the bus before we could enter the plane."

Desventajas: "Comfort, food, delays. Second leg had a 1 hour delay in boarding and once in the plane there was 2 hour+ delay to take off. Spent about 6 hours in a plane for a 3 hour flight. Only coffee and water were available free of charge. Sodad, juices and food has to be purchased."

Desventajas: "Worst experience in all aspects I ever had. Starting with problems with carry-on luggage. Late boarding without even explanation. Stiuardesės ignorance during flight. Open racism on plane and Warsaw airport from crew."

Ventajas: "The service was top notch, the entertainment selection was great, and the meals were excellent. Free beer and wine on long flights. The engine noise on the Dreamliner is incredibly quiet."

Desventajas: "Se atraso la conexion en Varsovia, la señorita recibio la informacion del restraso despues que yo. Me dejaron mis maletas a pesar del retraso y que habia pagado por llevarlas. Luego el servicio de Grund Global que les maneja el equipaje a LOT muy pero muy mala... nunca contestaron el telefono, por lo que no pude hacerl el reclamo del equipaje para darle seguimiento. Luego me encontraron mis maletas pero yo viaje el 4 de agosto al Delta del Danubio por lo que fue imposible que me las llevaran a la ubicacion. Una maleta llego a Bucarest el 6 y la otra el 8 de agosto. Dos dias antes de mi proxima parada en Europa (Italia) cuando llegue al aeropuerto a recoger el equipaje, nuevamente nadie respondio al telefono, por lo que tuvimos que acudir al personal del aeropuerto para que yo udiera entrar al area restringida a recoger mi equipaje. Muy tardado y dificl localizar a alguna persona que me pudiese apoyar en la recuperacion del equipaje."

Ventajas: "Cheap for my August flight, possibility to make a long layover in Warsaw to visit the city. Food was good"
Desventajas: "Seat cushion was thick and hard. First time I had to use a folded blanket to make a plushy seat for a 11 hours flight between LA and WAW."

Desventajas: "Departing flight left 2.5 hours late. Missed my connection. No one from LOT met us at the connecting airport to explain how our transfers would work. Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Desventajas: "Flight left 1.5 hours late. No update announced from boarding crew as to the reason for delayed boarding or status updates. Received seat assignment at gate with no attempt to give me my preference for aisle seat."

Ventajas: "Crew was friendly and helpful and spoke English. They kept bringing hot food. They found us a bottle of water because we wanted more. In flight screens had a lot of good content."
Desventajas: "Flight was very long and you are encouraged to stay in your seat all the time. They only offered 1 brand of free beer ha."

Ventajas: "The Boeing 787 "Dreamliner" proved to be a great plane. The noise level inside the cabin was low, the legroom and width of the seats was excellent,"
Desventajas: "The flight attendant was rather "bossy" than customer oriented."

Desventajas: "Maybe I didn't ask or figure out how to conveniently watch films on the screen too far away for viewing. I do watch T.V. without glasses, but this was frustrating."

Ventajas: "LOT staff was accommodating and very friendly and booked flight for the following day on KLM and a hotel room for the night with a meal voucher."
Desventajas: "The flight wash cancelled."

Desventajas: "Flight cancelled. The reticketing process was amateurish and unprofessional."

Desventajas: "Had to ask if I get some food too, because I was asleep and as I woke up everyone had food just not I. After 10 minutes I asked for some food. Also the personal could have gotten more times around to bring water. I had window seat and didn’t wanted to disturb my neighbors so I didn’t get up to ask for liquid but other passengers I saw getting up and getting their own drinks by the personal."

Desventajas: "When the main dinner came to my seat they ran out of pretty much everything, I wasn’t able to have an option on what to choose at all and was forced to eat the chicken dish that was very gross."

Ventajas: "On time... great service.... will use it again!"
