Un gran servicio. Debes estar atento en todo momento porque no hay avisos pero de ahí en más todo increíble.

Desventajas: "Swiss air seems to have lost its service edge. The flight attendants just stood around and watched while I struggled with my cane and my bag. They only seemed to snap into action to tell people what to do or not do. I flew the same route two years ago and staff was really kind. Maybe the working conditions have changed; they seemed harried and annoyed (in coach, at least). And I don't think they had to stand in line for an _hour_ to check in (thanks, LAX)."
Ventajas: "Flight attendants where very nice and attentive. Good choice of movies and shows for adults and kids. I usually don't eat airplane food but it looked fresh and my kids enjoyed the breakfast very much with fresh baked bread and croissant. My flight was delayed by one hour but it was a problem caused by the airport not the airline. I still made my connection and I received my suitcaises right away."

Ventajas: "The flight was very bare bones. Entertainment system froze up half way into a movie. You had to pay for wine with dinner. Even on budget carriers, wine is included with meals on the long hauls. Half a cup of water was served twice during the flight. The cabin was kept quite cold. I wore thick socks and slippers throughout the flight, but had to use the small blanket provided to keep my feet warm. Glad I had a heavy coat! I will avoid this carrier on any long hauls in the future."

La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora)."

Desventajas: "Nada, hemos hecho un viaje por Europa en familia y hemos tomado 5 o 6 vuelos todos en compañias low cost. Despues deceste vuelo lamento no haber elegido mas veces a Vueling."

Ventajas: "un total desastre ! me avisaron con una hora de antelación q el vuelo no operaba me cambiaron a uno a las 22 y termino saliendo a las 23 encima había tormenta y terrible la turbulencia el aire no servía salía aire caliente"
Ventajas: "Vuelo sin contratiempos, salio y llegó a la hora prevista"
Desventajas: "Los asientos son un poco estrechos para mi gusto"
Desventajas: "Había una mancha del "periodo" en mi asiento y en lugar de limpiarla el personal me dieron unas toallitas para que lo hiciera yo misma"

Desventajas: "Nos hicieron esperar horas, mintiendo sobre los tiempos de espera y embarque. Suponiendo siempre un tiempo de espera que lo cambiaban a su conveniencia para con los clientes del vuelo. Intentaré evitar la aerolínea"
Ventajas: "El vuelo se retrasó 10 minutos, algo aceptable. Mi sobrina de 12 años iba en silla de ruedas y el PMR estuvo preparado."
Desventajas: "Cierto que en el aeropuerto de Málaga , hubo descontrol a la salida , no había nadie de PMR y además otra familia casi se lleva nuestra silla de ruedas . Menos mal que estuvimos atentos"

Ventajas: "Nada, porque no ocupe la aerolínea."
Desventajas: "Una vez realizado el pago, quise revisar itinerario y no pude a lo que marque y me dicen que cancelaron vuelo que me harán reembolso. Después de dos semanas recibí un mail informando me que no procedía mi pago y vuelo. Evidentemente para este tiempo yo ya había pagado otro vuelo con otra aerolínea IBERIA súper recomendable su atención."
Ventajas: "O voo saíu en hora e chegou case media hora antes do previsto. O percorrido foi tranquilo o mesmo que a aterraxe."
Ventajas: "El personal correcto, el vuelo en hora."
Desventajas: "La limpieza del avión no estaba del todo bien."
Ventajas: "Avión limpio, salió a tiempo y llegamos a tiempo."
Desventajas: "No tengo quejas."
Ventajas: "Personal muy atento."
Desventajas: "Una película para un viaje de más de 3 horas habría estado bien."
