Ventajas: Extremely helpful and attentive. The crew volunteered to be on this flight from Madrid in the middle of the Covid pandemic

Desventajas: Best flight I’ve ever had. Need to have this many people on the plane every time

Ventajas: The crew were lovely, as were the people checking us in at the airport!

Desventajas: We waited 3 hours to fix a water problem on the tarmack and were seated in the middle of a large group of school kids. Would have been happier without those 2 elements.

Ventajas: The accommodations made me feel like I was in first class!

Desventajas: When booking through the third party and not paying extra to pick a specific seat - the flight was oversold and I was first to be kicked off. How can you take my money to confirm me on a flight but not ensure my ticket means I'm 100% guaranteed on the flight?! It was awful.

Ventajas: The connection was way too tight.

Desventajas: Hel-LAX flight was ok. LAX and connecting flight were bad, slow and delayed frequently.

Ventajas: Plane was clean, plenty of leg room, cabin crew was friendly, flight was on time.

Desventajas: Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-

Ventajas: Not a lot.

Desventajas: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Ventajas: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Desventajas: Food a bit bland and uninspired

Ventajas: Both crews from JFK to HEL and HEL to JFK were great. Very attentive and accommodating.

Ventajas: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Desventajas: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Ventajas: the seating was very uncomfortable i barely had any leg room

Desventajas: Dont go on economy its not good espically fir being the main airline for spain its not really that good compared to other airways for example british airways

Desventajas: it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto

Ventajas: I didn't end up taking the flight. It was canceled.

Desventajas: Being able to reach the airline or vayama would have made it better. The flight was canceled and I couldn't have gone anyway as the wedding was postponed that I had planned to go to and there are stay at home mandates in the US due to COVID 19. It's been weeks and I've given up trying to reach the airline or vayama and it's not clear if I'll get any of my money back. That's the one frustrating thing is not being able to reach anyone.

Desventajas: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Ventajas: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement

Ventajas: I had a great trip to London, the crew was fantastic and answered all my questions. the food was better than I was expecting, since I hadn't been on a plane for quite a couple of years.

Desventajas: The seats are a bit tight on the A380 but nothing to do with the company service.

Desventajas: BA website very confusing and not efficient. There is. No option to book seats online. You. Only had the option to pay extra to book seats online which was crazy since there were many vacant seats on board ... it said you could book your seats for free online24 hours before flight but this options wasn't working ! This should not happen in these times

Desventajas: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Desventajas: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Ventajas: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Desventajas: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Ventajas: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Desventajas: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Desventajas: The handles in between the seats could've been better by being able to be completely raised.

Ventajas: The flight attendants actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, they all were very nice and smiled not like other airlines where the attendants are very stiff and anything you ask for seemed to annoy them. Drinks sizes more generous than most airlines.

Desventajas: a long flight from lax to lhr needs more snacks and refreshments

Ventajas: For once the seats have enough space. Airlines think we are cattle and that they can pack as much as possible every airplane. For once I was glad to have a confortable experience.

Desventajas: Crew didn’t seem interested in picking up trash, especially Amy trash that was not related to mean or beverage service.

Ventajas: Good food and service once on flight and again fixed connections before landing

Desventajas: Terrible boarding experience. Rude gate workers and almost two hour delay because of it

Desventajas: They gave 2 veggie meals to mu big strapping men seat mates and the ignored me entirely!

Ventajas: The quality of the plane was good and the movies were good. Also the blanket and pillow was nice.

Desventajas: I was really cramped and couldn’t recline because the guy behind me was too tall and it amashes his legs, so I had to be uncomfortable for the entire flight.
