Ventajas: "The friendly staff of Sun Country brought me a wheelchair both in LAX and Minneapolis. These people were warm and friendly. It may be a normal part of their job but it felt like they were really invested in my well being. My flight with Delta earlier in the year did not at all meet these expectations."

They delays were due to weather which I can understand but there was absolutely no communication from the airline and had everyone including myself extremely frustrated. We landed in Stewart, NY with no warning or information. Was a nightmare."
Ventajas: "Check in was easy & fast! We were pre checked & that was lovely being that it was the day before Thanksgiving. The staff on both flights were delightful & pleasent!"

Desventajas: "My only comment is that a child was using an electronic device during the flight without headphones. It would have been appreciated if the attendants could have suggested earbuds, headphones, or at least asked that the volume be decreased out of respect for other passengers."

Unfortunately, Sun Country didn't have a flight back to MSP the day / time I needed. When I contacted the regarding my cancelation they refunded my money, no questions asked!"
Desventajas: "Had to CALL airline to get seat assignment. No was to check in online otherwise."

Desventajas: "Offering of flights. Only two flights offered, and time between is way to long!! One that leaves at 1pm, and then a red eye 11:45pm? Not ok."
Ventajas: "Short lines and prompt check-in. Flights took off and landed on time. Lots of young kids but generally quiet. "Budget" airlines like Sun Country and Southwest have separate Humphrey terminal but it is less crowded and easy to navigate."

Desventajas: "Staff managed to spend almost the whole trip passing out drinks/snacks. Like, does it really take 3.5 hours to do that? Maybe it does. Announcements were informal - really felt like we were on a training flight. Staff wasn't helping people with bags or to find their seats like other airlines do. Maybe this more relaxed atmosphere is why the prices are lower? If so, that's fine with me - but doesn't seem like you're gunning to attract more business or be anything other than the airline in between the disgusting model of Spirit and the lame cost-cutting of major airlines. Like, innovation is only possible via dissension, and I'm sure your business is having the same troubles with idiot senior leaders as every other US corporate business is, but if you're going to ask for feedback, the feedback is stop being so blah and stand for something other than your Board. Plenty of ideas out there - stop being so pro-short term profit and start having some fun!"

Desventajas: "Me cobraron por el bulto 65 dolares cuando ese mismo bulto fue de sanjuan a baltimore y les dije q habia mucha gente con bultos mas grandes y no les importo y me cobraron como quiera. Me fui muy molesto por que el bulto cabia muy bien en el avion y de florida a Sanjuan ni lo miraron. Su oferta de viaje fue muy buena pero de 348 dolares que pague por el biaje termine pagando 165 dolares mas por que tras que pague por la maleta ida y vuelta tambien me cobraron por el bulto"

Claro esta, si la azafata hubiese estado a tiempo no hubiésemos tenido el retraso del clima, porque empezó a nevar mas fuerte mas tarde. Nos acomodaron en un vuelo el día después y no nos dieron voucher para nada."
