Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Desventajas: "I was travelling with a toddler and they did not have a toy or activity to give her on a 15 hour flight. We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Desventajas: "The crew were not very friendly, they went about their tasks but did not engage with the customers in a friendly manner. It was very much as though they were doing the minimum for the job/flight. For instance, when you board and sit down the first thing they give you is the menu and then the landing card. But I've just sat down I don't need these two extra pieces of paper immediately. I sat on an aisle and must have been knocked 5-6 times by the carts. After I was bumped then I hear the 'excuse us, carts coming through'."

Desventajas: "The flight from Seattle to Taiwan was one of the worst flights I ever had. Not only was there no outlet for me to do work, but the 2nd level of the plane was unusually warm and stuff. However flying back from Taiwan to Seattle was not as uncomfortable, it was still annoying to not have an outlet. Also the entertainment screen on those flights were really small. Lastly, the food overall was mediocre, but that was not as big of a deal to me."
