Desventajas: "Inconsistencies, on my way back to montreal from the philippines, i was informed that baggage would be claimed directly to final port of destination but didnt, when i arrived at toronto i had to take my bagage and drop it off again, although my next flight would be with west jet airlines, korean air was not able to communicate well with their airline partners as to bagage claim and changes in boarding gates."

Desventajas: "My luggage took over an hour and my 1 bag was covered in a sticky mess that looked like eggs!!! It was gross and they wanted me to fill out a complaint form. That is just unsanitary!!! No form is going to fix that!"

Desventajas: "Although I had already checked in on line and had a boarding pass, I stood in line for ninety minutes at Incheon just to self-drop a bag. That's just not acceptable. I'd avoid Incheon and Korea Air for future flights for this reason."

Desventajas: "Movie selection too limited and the same movies were offered on the return flight. The smell of sesame oil was a bit overpowering on the flight due to food choices offered. Additionally, an American/European style breakfast option would have been nice. We were offered two meals on our 14 hour overnight flight and both consisted of what we would consider to be dinner or lunch options."

Desventajas: "One attendant, a Korean guy, was a bit strange. Told him I lived in Korea and didn't need the arrival card, but he insisted I take it. Ooooooookkkkkkkk...???"
Ventajas: "The flight was comfortable and on time. Nice seats, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Overall great experience with Korean Air. I definitely will be using their services again in the future."

Ventajas: "The size of the overhead storage was great. The crew was professional and pleasant The entertainment provided lots of movies, games and concerts. The skymap and outside camera provided a view that I was not use too."
Desventajas: "its a long flight so its difficult to know if it could have been more comfortable. There was always a line for the bathroom."
Ventajas: "Everything was great. The only suggestion I would like to make on another topic is the cost of an extra luggage. Compared to another airline I use (Eva Air), I find the Korean Air extra luggage cost much higher."
