Desventajas: "The 747-400 flight had some metal box mounted on the floor under the seat in front of me. I have a bad left hip and was in pain the whole flight because all I could do is keep my left leg in one position. If these boxes are necessary then get those seats more space so it will not be a problem. Put new Monitor screens into the seats."
Ventajas: "I have flown a great many long haul flights and this airline is right up there in the top ranks. Excellent flight crew and comfortable seats."

Ventajas: "Compared to U.S. carriers, except for Hawaiian Air, Korean Air has been very reliable and quite enjoyable over the years. Meals are quite good for contracted airline food, and attendants are typically very friendly."
Desventajas: "Seats on any airline are always a bit tight unless you pay for an upgrade. The music variety could have featured a few more American artists."
Ventajas: "I liked the spacious seating, up to date entertainment and snacks, plus food even though a short flight. I found the male stewards on this flight a lot more helpful I'm not saying the women weren't as well. Gender balance is good. Overall everytime I have flown Korean Air the service has been exceptionally pleasant and I feel confident and safe. Knock on wood I hope they keep striving for excellence and not lose it along the way like so many other airlines over the years."
Desventajas: "The constant interruptions of messages while watching movies. All the lights along the ceiling of the plane seem to be a lot brighter on day and night flights. Softer lighting be a little bit more comforting to the eyes, besides don't each seat have its own light source if extra lighting is needed!"
Ventajas: "Korean air is wonderful. They maintain high standards of professionalism and friendly service that are sadly lost by American airlines. This sets them in high favor above the rest. Thank you!"

Ventajas: "The food was good, and there were enough different types of entertainment that made the long flight easy to get through. The crew members are also really nice. I also love that they give you slippers and a toothbrushort and paste. I also like the lotion that is provided in the bathroom!"

Desventajas: "I'm a big person so the seats are not comfortable for sleeping during flights. Also, the Korean crew is usually excellent so I was surprised the crew on this flight was only average."

Ventajas: "I really appreciated getting a meal on the plane despite the short two hour flight. I've always liked flying Korean Air due to their cleanliness, presentable flight attendants and good customer service."
Desventajas: "The only thing I seemed to have a problem with was the volume and clearness that came out of my headphones. Although the headphones were provided by the airlines, the volume came out a little unclear and kind of scratchy. Other than that, everything was great."
Ventajas: "This was my first trip abroad and Korean Air made it extremely enjoyable! I greatly enjoyed the pillow, blanket, overall hospitality, the continuous offers of food, snacks, and drinks. The planes were very nice and didn't seem over crowded. Ticket and baggage clerks were amazing!"
