El personal de Delta del aeropuerto, en concreto una chica con trenzas de color y el personal de embarque fueron lo mejor. Gracias por toda la ayuda que nos prestaron
El personal de Delta nos atendió e excelentemente. En especial las auxiliares en los puestos de Delta en el aeropuerto.
No vuelvo a contratar con esa compañía, ni con vosotros. Desde mayo intentando ponerme en contacto para cambiar el billete y no ha sido posible. He perdido el dinero sin poder ni siquiera poner una reclamación. Lo está estudiando consumo europeo.
Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de viajar. El trato que recibimos mi hija y yo Por parte del equipo de facturación fue humillante. No sentimos tratados con desprecio y la educación. No volveré a viajar con esta compañía.
Retraso de dos horas en salir el avion por problemas en el programa de navegación. ¿No lo tienen comprobado antes de embarcar a 300 personas?
Es increible que no pudiera hacer la facturación online -según el personal del Delta con el que hable porque no había comprado el vuelo directamente con ellos- y que ademas Virgin o Kayak no me avisaran de ello, por lo que tuve que perder un tiempo precioso intentándolo

Also, my wife and I usually take our tea with honey vs. milk and sugar. Even though honey is usually one of the options for tea, she found a way to accommodate our request. The lunch meals were the best I can remember in a long time on an airline flight. They might have been the best I've ever had. The chicken curry was authentic, flavorful and spicy. Frankly my outbound flight had problems. My luggage got damaged. The transfer experience in Manchester left a LOT to be desired. I wasn't planning to use Virgin Atlantic again, but this flight crew (Daniella especially) redeemed Virgin Atlantic. They were attentive, pleasant, diligent."

Desventajas: "The regular seats were so lacking in leg room that I could not cross my legs, reach the floor to get my glasses when I dropped them, or even get my carry-on out. There is no way to get into the "brace for impact position" with arms over your head and head in your lap! This is really unsafe, not to mention really uncomfortable. The flight was long, so comfort would be nice! Our first flight was regular seats and I was pretty miserable and I am a slender woman 5'6". The extra 3" was great, and we had to pay more on the return trip. The FAA should be investigating seat size and safety on planes."

Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Desventajas: "There was minimum help. Wait actually, in Manchester there was none. No one at the gate until 2:15pm when the flight was already 20mins late! No one updated an incoming flight with passengers needed to make connections."

Desventajas: "My flights were cancelled by Aer lingus and I was rebooked improperly, resulting in my being removed from a plane and having to be rebooked at least three times because of how long it took."
Ventajas: "I like there systems of getting people on and off -- it's efficient and easy. I like the price."
Desventajas: "We were jammed packed in; no water or beverages; and no entertainment ... an old aircraft."

Desventajas: "Only two check in desks. On the line for over an hour. Good thing we got there over two hours early. Computer and belt broke down. Finally got passed security with minutes to spare. Had to run to our gate. We should not have to do this if we arrive very early. If you have an early morning flight make sure you have enough people working to check them in on time."

Desventajas: "I arrived late at the airport (1:10 before planned departure) and eventhough the plane was late, the staff didn't want to help me check in. After reaching out to be rebooked the following day, another staff member accepted to check me in because the flight was late and not full. I was very thankful to this second staff member because it was a two days trip that would have turned to only one if he didn't check me in."
Ventajas: "I paid extra for food and my seat so I don't like giving 5 stars for what I paid for."
Desventajas: "Changed my friends seat after she paid for bulkhead months ago! The woman in her original seat had just booked her flight two wk's ago!!!! and my friend hurt her knee on the trip and really needed the extra room!!!!"

Desventajas: "The food was really bad, The breakfast sandwich they handed out would not have been fit for animals. Horrible!!!! The entertainment equipment on the aircraft was not working and my wife and I were not able to see a movie or anything. Not a good way to take a long flight. My seat was not working properly and was either all the way back or all the way up."

Desventajas: "Seats are uncomfortable and arm rest doesn't fully fold back. The airplane wasn't cleaned up after the previous flight so there was a few wads of tissue paper around our seats."

Desventajas: "Didvto security breach and also an issue with ground staff not bringing a wheel chair for a passenger we were herded round for 3 hours . We were told we could keep our water but then going through security wevwetevtoldcwe couldn't and there was no offer of water. The captain did apologize. I have no issue with aer Lingus staff they did their job. It is Mabchester airport which is bad as they are the ones that were responsible for these two incidents happening"

Desventajas: "I was told I had three aisle seats back to back. When we got to our seats, we were one seat in from the aisle. They changed my original flight which had a 1 and 1/2 hrs layover to a flight that had a 20 and 1/2 hour layover and refused to pay for a hotel or meals for my family."

Desventajas: "About 45 minute late in take off. The sound system for movie was very distorted almost not usable. I fly several times a year. My first time with Aer Lingus. This was not a good example of your profession"

No pudimos guardar el equipaje de cabina en nuestros compartimentos porque estaban ocupados por bultos del personal de vuelo o estaban precintados. Tuvimos que dispersar todo nuestro equipaje por todo el avión. Este echo se vio agravado porque otros pasajeros llevaron mas bultos de lo permitido. No nos llegó la ración de desayuno. Increíblemente se habían acabado. Gracias a la tripulación que sacó, no se de donde, algo de fruta, pudimos desayunar."

Desventajas: "El vuelo estaba lleno y en vez de documentar a la gente que traía maletas grandes a la cabina, me quitaron la mía que era chica y solo tenía una una. El tema era que en el apuro dejé los documentos de migraciones en dicha maleta y fue un gran problema al aterrizar"
