Ventajas: "We arrived at the counter 1:50 before scheduled departure. The queue took 55 minutes for us to reach the counter. We were told then we should have rushed the counter to clear the 1 hour hurdle. There was no approach by staff to warn the waiting queue to do this. We were given boarding passes and told to try our luck taking the luggage through security and try gate baggage check. We made the plane 20 minutes before scheduled departure"

Desventajas: "Seats were too close together. Not very comfortable. We were in row in front of emergency exit. Seats didn't recline. We should be alerted when we select these seats that they are uncomfortable."

Ventajas: "Left and arrived on time. From just the flight point of view, it was correct but traveling now is more than leaving from A in order to arrive to B"
Desventajas: "I could not select that we wanted a vegetarian menu on the website of this company. The KUL airport is not very big, not many things to do there, very few restaurants. The issue is that if you fly with this company you arrive at KUL. Steward was kind but rough - efficient like a robot... and the headphones are very poor, I could hardly understand what was said when watching the films."

Ventajas: "We missed our flight connection in KL due entirely to our fault. M-Air staff helped us get onto the next flight. Economy was full so we paid for an upgrade to business class but we were seated in first class. Wonderful crew, service, cabin and flight."
Ventajas: "As always the crew is good and also the food. The seats in economy are not comfortable though."
Desventajas: "Luggage was damaged and the airlines is not responding to my email. Web checking did not work (with an error asking me to contact customer service at the airport) at both departure and arrival flights. I never fly in middle seats but was forced to do so since the staff couldn't give me an aisle seat during check in. I am still waiting for the airlines to contact me about damages."

Ventajas: "Seat leg room seemed better than US carriers. Food was not exciting."

Ventajas: "Bangkok Airways era quien operaba el vuelo y es la mejor línea aérea de Asia. Increíble servicio, comida, personal, limpieza, ama lidiad, servicio gratis en el lounge. 10 puntos."

Desventajas: "On our way from KL to Manila, there were no screens for my children to watch and a not G rated Chinese movie to watch, only. It was really inconvenient and not a very good experience."
