We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Desventajas: "I was charged with an excessive checked baggage of $170 NZ dollars for 1 bag that weighed over 7 kg that Air New Zealand said had to be checked and would not allow as carry on baggage. I challenged the high baggage fee with other Air New Zealand staff, to no avail. I was told that the checked baggage cost for 1 bag had recently gone up from $120 NZD to $170 NZD."

Ventajas: "I was recovering from a cold and didn't anticipate having ear problems but during decent I began to experience some pain. It was all new to me as I had never been through this before. Fortunately the crew was kind and they provided a sinus decongestant in a cup for me to sniff and breath in so the smell could open up my nasal passages and it helped a bit."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "We checked in seven and a half hours before this flight as we had just flown from Melbourne Australia to Qatar landing that same day at 0435am in the morning with this flight being delayed from 805 am to 12 noon then to find that we had been allocated the last row right at the toilets. Food was inedible, watched a crew member place food she had spilled onto the aisle FLOOR back onto a tray to give to someone as if nothing happened, which prompted me not to anything for an 8 hour trip. DISGUSTING!"

Ventajas: "When we flew into Melbourne it was not a happy experience. Seats were cramped and arm rests wouldn't raise. The flight out, even though on the same model plane, was better. There was more room and we could raise the arm rests. For a 13+ hour flight that makes a big difference."
Desventajas: "Because the tickets listed the same type of plane in both the bad and not so bad flight, it is very hard to know what we're going to get. I'd love to be able to plan to avoid the bad experience, but if they use the same plane in two configurations, there isn't enough information to do so."

Tahiti Nui Was great we did some business class, I don’t know how the regular seats were. LAX is horrible. I wish Tahiti Nui flew through San Diego

Differently from other airline I've used to do this trip they don't go and offer water during the flight. You can go to get some drinks yourself of course but this is not always easy when your neighbor is sleeping."
Desventajas: "Three and a half hour delay (while lying to us about why it was delayed) missed my connecting and got to sleep in an airport with no accommodation or recompense on either end. "Island Time" not acceptable for air travel."

The seat backs do not recline yet, the seats in front of us so so, we end up with the guy ahead of my in my lap with zero leg room as my knees were pressed down by the reclined passenger in front of me. Very uncomfortable to not be able to move for 8 hours!!!!"
