Desventajas: "Late departure because some baggage was late to arrive and our descent was unorthodox. We passed our route did a u-turn then did a lot of adjusting (left and right plus up and down) to line up for arrival."

Desventajas: "Don’t brush off tired and worried passengers. I’m pretty patient, but I felt this airline never seems to know when their planes depart or arrive, or where they are."

Desventajas: "I missed my connection because of fog. (Obviously a problem they could not fix, so I’m not upset about that.) I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

Desventajas: "The airplane was very old & the seats were not comfortable. For a 15+ hour flight, it was unpleasant."

Desventajas: "Boarding was a joke. They were very sure to make you feel inferior to business & first class. And then the boarding was a cluster. A Korean culture thing I guess."

Desventajas: "We had a 3 hour delay which is annoying to begin with. They could have boarded us later but they DEFINITELY could have been more polite about it. They announce very rudely that if we didn't like the situation, we should just get off. It's a 12 hour trip. A little courtesy would not hurt."

Ventajas: "Service of the flight attendants was excellent, they were courteous, pleasant and professional sort of like the old days of the flying industry. Language was a bit difficult for me to interpret however they took whatever time needed to make sure I understood their communication. Everything is tidy and clean. A good variety of movies, games, music and information channels was provided.I will fly korean Air in the future."
Desventajas: "Boarding was a challenge because the gate staff did not announce in English. It would be more organized if they boarded sets of rows in sequence instead of mass boarding for economy. Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

Ventajas: "Great service, kind service, food was better than expected, and they allowed you to stand in the back to stretch your legs. This was helpful for the 13 hour flight to not be trapped sitting!"
Ventajas: "The ladies are polite, respectful and quiet. Food is fresh and tasty and the bathroom... What a difference!! Apparently they clean it all the time."

Desventajas: "This flight is almost always late. Sometimes it is only by 20 minutes and at other times it is one or two hours late. I have been using this particular flight for years and I would love to see them fix their scheduling problem."
