Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Desventajas: "One of the female crew member just had a really bad attitude and was rude multiple times. She was a bit older than the other ones, I believe her name was Linda. I asked for both cream and sugar, she only bought cream then when I asked again, she was really dismissive. The cart was literally 1 feet away, I almost wanted to get up and grab it myself. This happened again with my seat mates. She was really nice to the other white customers but I sat in a row with all people of color, and she was equally rude to them.Linda would really benefit from some diversity (addressing her implicit biases/prejudices) training. It just makes all of Sun Country look bad, this was the first time flying sun country, and I will most likely not fly with sun country again, if I keep on running into air hostesses like Linda. Its unfortunate because the other air hostesses/hosts were really nice, warm and welcoming."

Desventajas: "The grounds people at LAX were not as nice and friendly as the flight crew and the ground crew in MN. Certainly not as helpful. After waiting for my wheelchair which had been pre arranged, I missed my shuttle and had to wait almost 2 hours for another shuttle."

The aisles are the narrowest I've ever seen - if you sit on the aisle expect to be bumped repeatedly. There's also much less room under the aisle seats for putting bags/personal items."

Ventajas: "Our plane was struck by lightning and therefore not able to fly, so we were deboarded and left to wait until a rescue flight could come in from Boston. Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Once we were able to board the rescue plane, the crew handed out complimentary candy and drinks to help ease the wait times. Highly recommended!"

Ventajas: "Crew likes to have fun with their passengers -- making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. It's a budget airline so you have to pay for things like refreshments and snacks (also, carryons and if you want you boarding pass printed at the airport) -- but don't let that sway you! All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."

We did enjoy buying some tickets from a lady named Valerie in Des Moines who also later had to come on the plane and remove an intoxicated woman. She made everything so easy and simple and enjoyable. And we especially enjoyed the treatment that we received as my husband is a veteran. Thank you so much for that."

Desventajas: "We were delayed over 7 hours, with only a $50 dollar future airline credit and an $8 meal voucher. That's not nearly enough for that kind of headache. It was 2 am before we arrived at our hotel."

Desventajas: "The 5 hour wait while the plane was worked on was unexpected. Not a lot of extra space for a near 6 hour flight. Seats do NOT recline at all. The other plane they boarded us on smelled like dirty shoes or diaper."

Ventajas: "We were supposed to have boarded for 5:00, flight was at 6pm. They were missing 1 crew member and could board the plane. She showed up, then they made a announcement that the Oakland flight will be delayed till 8:10 takeoff. I was able to get on a flight to Stockton Airport without problem. They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."

Desventajas: "Leg space tight. Seat didn't recline. They said the maximum width on the under seat personal item is 7 inches but space is big enough for wider than that. I felt that was misleading."
Desventajas: "They arrive to the airport over an hour early and went to the desk we're asking them to print my ticket they informed me that they cannot check me in at the desk I had to do it online I didn't have the ability to do that so therefore I miss my plane"
