Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."

I had to pay $15 for a "preferred" seat, which was an aisle seat on row 7, near the front of the economy section. I was told by an employee that the only economy seats were the middle seats, that aisle and window seats were preferred seats. I was told the plane was full and they could not change my "preferred" seat although I did see empty seats on the plane after takeoff. Also bathroom facilities were poor - only two in the back for the entire economy seating. And the aisles were narrow."

After the hour, gate agent didn't announce on the loudspeaker that they were boarding so my friend just happened to look up and thank God she did because otherwise we would've missed the flight. No wifi, entertainment, snacks, etc."

Desventajas: "My work trip was canceled and I was told by a Canadian flight network agency that it was a non refundable flight but I could change it for $100. I booked via kayak but somehow was routed to this agency in Canada and it was extremely difficult to understand the staff member. What I could understand is it is a waste of $ and I won't be booking again."

Another passenger where I was moved to had a similar experience. My flight attendant told me that I should have reported the issue earlier. How was I to know that any seatback that goes up 2 inches short of vertical is bad. Am I to know the airline or FAA rules?"
Ventajas: "Can't really complain re: a direct flight for less than other airlines charge for a flight with layovers. Large, comfortable plane with good food. $25 for an exit row seat was worthwhile as I had 4 rows(!) to myself. Flight attendants were great."
Desventajas: "No in-flight entertainment. When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."
Ventajas: "The flight itself was great. I had no issues there. The crew was great and I was comfortable."
Desventajas: "I repeatedly had issues with their website and I couldn't checkin online or update any of my information, even when I called them. I also had to connect flights at the airport and I asked the airline beforehand if I had enough time, as I flew into a different terminal. They said that I did, but I almost missed my flight, even though I had two hours. The signage was poor as MSP, which isn't Sun Country's fault, however they made the transfer sound easier than it was."
Desventajas: "I was blockaded from access to the bathroom(s). The first class dragon forbade access to anyone but 1st class and the rear bathrooms were blockaded bt workers handing out drinks. Very tough on us 75+ crowd.We don't get much time from urge to crisis."
Desventajas: "I felt like a sardine in a can. Seriously can you make seating more comfortable? It's torture while first class is treated like royalty. The coach seats were hard as rocks and tiny. I hate flying because airline companies treat people who can't afford the over priced first class seats like cattle. Airlines are greedy. The good price for the flight is great but in the end feeling cramped and getting my legs and arms bumped every time someone walks by is ridiculous. GET COMFORTABLE SEATING IN COACH DAMN IT!!"
Ventajas: "A good price for non-stop flight. It flies out of terminal 2 which has easier access than terminal 1 at the MSP airport. The afternoon fly out time worked well with my schedule."

Before we bought the tickets, we were told to bring proof of the funeral we were attending to get a discount/refund for the airfare afterward, then on the return flight we were dismissed as fools for not presenting this info when we bought the ticket. How could we present info for something that had not yet taken place. The obituary didn't even hit the papers until 2 days after our original flight. Also - the MSP security harassed my 80-year-old mother & she is now having nightmares as a result. Sun Country could have done us a service by letting us know when we booked her flight as a senior that there were safeguards for her, but we were told nothing."

La verdad no entiendo como se les puede pasar ese detalle!"

Desventajas: "Started with constant delays. Flight ended up leaving around 8:30 when the flight was supposed to leave at 5:59. Once boarded there were no snacks, no liquor and only a few options to drink. The flight attendant was mumbling and kept on messing up what he was supposed to say the entire flight."

Desventajas: "2.00 for water! Overpriced everything! Crew was not nice. Kindness goes a long way. Not for this crew impatient and just rude to other passengers. We pay good money to ride on the horror bus!"

Desventajas: "7.5HR DELAY. LOST A DAY. ARRIVING AT 3AM VS 6:30PM TECH ISSUES NOT ALLOWING CHECKIN ONLINE POORLY TRAINED STAFF AND SUPERIORS AT CHECKIN ONE HR ON TARMAC AS PER HEADCOUNT ISSUE WHEREBY, TWICE ASKED ON PLANE WHO I WAS. EMBARASSING. RUINED MY VACA WITH MY HUSBAND SANS KIDS:-(((((("
Ventajas: "Great price, flight on time , great trip would use again"

Desventajas: "Seats poor. Waited 40 mins before the luggage entered the belt for pickup. Held us up for transportation to rent lot."
Ventajas: "terminal small and easy to navigate"
Desventajas: "flight was late because of a "valve issue" in terminal, then on the plane pilot tells us its a computer issue and just needed to "reboot" plane computer because it's a computer with wings. Not sure if either of those reasons were true."
Desventajas: "parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."
Ventajas: "Great assistance with a wheelchair to board, and gate crew in CVG is super friendly and helpful."
Desventajas: "After landing, we spent a hour sitting in the plane, waiting for a gate. After the entire plane had deboarded, it took another 15 minutes for them to bring my husband's wheelchair up from the gate checked storage."
Ventajas: "Ease of getting on and off, direct flight home, free parking in Belleville."
Desventajas: "seats are ok for 2 hour flight"
Desventajas: "I attempted to check in online and was unable to do so. Bad app."
Ventajas: "- Good price, even with carry-on and larger seat. - Comfortable seats, despite no incline - better than major airlines."
Desventajas: "- No food or drinks. - No entertainment. Both are acceptable given the price. - Misinformation regarding flight delay, I was sent notifications and app updated to be 1 hour late. However on arrival, boarding time was as usual."
Ventajas: "Seating assignment before the flight. Direct flights."
Desventajas: "Felt nickel and dimed to death by extra fees for trip insurance, luggage, and picking advanced seating. Ended up spending more than if we had just chose another airline."
Desventajas: "Both original and 2nd plane had malfunctions which caused extensive delays and doubled boarding time"

Ventajas: "The idea of a more competitive airfare. New South terminal in Austin is nice. Parking is cheaper. Food truck and outdoor seating are nice."
Desventajas: "No wifi. No entertainment options. You have to pay for snacks and regular drinks- even water."

Desventajas: "I paid for 1A. Was moved because "the crew needed the seat" to the middle. There were SO many open seats. Was unacceptable."
Ventajas: "The plane departed on time. The crew was very friendly."
Ventajas: "That fact that they did not suply even one free bottle or cup of water is awful. I was very thirsty but did not get a drink because they chaged $2.00 for one bottle of water, and the is just plain wrong."
Desventajas: "Arrival in Ft Lauderdale... Bags took an hour to get to carrousel. Never were posted on the information. Flight were, as expected, uncomfortable."

Ventajas: "The crew was awesome! They were friendly and very focused on their passengers. The plane was clean and the flight, itself was great. Worth flying from Oregon to So. Cal., will do again. Loved the flight times, and because of them, we were able to have half a day on departure day (Thursday 3:30 pm) to drop off dogs, pack and run errands and some work and arriving back home (Tuesday 9:46 am) gave us all day to work and get ready for the week."
Desventajas: "Plane did not board or leave on time, spent a lot of time waiting both on and off plane. I also did not like being hit with the taxes and fees at Alamo, after booking through Allegiant. Those should have been included in the initial payment, because I could have rented same vehicle for $40 less through Alamo website,(final payment w/ T&F's) That was a waste of your customer's money."
