The airline crew failed to update all passengers so most of us were just aimlessly pacing around the gate. The team was very disengaging, not sincere, and not professional. This was definitely a -1 customer experience as many customers complained, missed connecting flights, or like myself - had to call my office at an ungodly hour and explain that i’d be missing work"

Ventajas: "Can't really complain re: a direct flight for less than other airlines charge for a flight with layovers. Large, comfortable plane with good food. $25 for an exit row seat was worthwhile as I had 4 rows(!) to myself. Flight attendants were great."

When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."

Ventajas: "With no additional charge Sun Country gave me a free upgrade to first class, an amazing experience that really brightened my day! On top of perks like a tasty breakfast consisting of a chicken feta and mushroom omelette, pastry and fresh fruit, the staff was absolutely amazing and all of my needs were taken care of before I knew I even needed anything. Really, it was such a fantastic experience!"

Desventajas: "I arrived to the airport extra early, chose a window seat purposely because I'm a very nervous flyer and need to see what's surrounding me. When I went to board the plane, my ticket wouldn't scan. So I had to bring it back to the desk and the lady changed my seat without saying a word. I asked why and she said, unpleasantly, there was a mistake made by checkin obviously. Not even an I'm sorry. And not only was my seat changed, it was changed to the last row of the plane (literally row 26, the absolute last row) and the middle seat. There was no entertainment offered until way into the flight, mind you it's only a two hour flight. The flight crew had no control over the pass angers and were yelling at them almost the entire flight."

Desventajas: "Let me start by saying I understand that airlines dont have it easy. Thinning margins, regulations, and insane competition. Sun country delayed their flight (claiming weather, despite no reports) and I missed my connecting flight. Prior to the flight, I told the agent that I would miss my connection and that I should fly later. But they insisted they would hold the connecting plane. I and a dozen passengers were rudely told that we were on the morning flight, and it's up to us what to do over night. Any major airlines would have covered the hotel, and the agents would have actually empathized with passengers. Sun Country is not a quality airlines."

Didn't announce local time on return flight. They airlines and crew did their job, that was it, no more, no less. Airlines charge to pick a sit, when you buy a ticket to fly, they upcharge for luggage, they charge to sit with your husband and child, they know how to charge, they know how to delay a flight, they know how to put you through body search, but they can't say hi or good bye, don't worry, the other airlines don't either. What you people need is competition."

Desventajas: "I tried throughout the day to check in for the flight and pre-pay for a checked bag because it was cheaper to pre-pay on-line. Something was wrong with the Sun Country website, and so I wasn't able to do it. Naturally, they charged me the higher price for the checked bag because I was paying at the terminal. I told them that I had been trying all day to pay on-line, but they said that they could do nothing about it."

Ventajas: "The staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick, and easy. The staff distributed snacks out while we were stuck on the runway for 2+ hrs due to delays. The staff made sure we were taken care of and okay."

Definitely don't like feeling like I'm imposing in to someone's personal space. There was no form of entertainment, which made the delay seem longer as we were stuck in. Desventajas: "El vuelo estaba lleno y en vez de documentar a la gente que traía maletas grandes a la cabina, me quitaron la mía que era chica y solo tenía una una. El tema era que en el apuro dejé los documentos de migraciones en dicha maleta y fue un gran problema al aterrizar"

Las películas de los vuelos hacia o desde Latinoamérica deberían ser como mínimo Subtituladas al español. Hay muchísima gente que viaja y no sabe inglés. La verdad no entiendo como se les puede pasar ese detalle!"
Mal
Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am
Cheap flight, on time!
Ventajas: "Nothing. Worst flight I’ve ever taken."
Desventajas: "We were on the tarmac for 3.5 hours with little communication or apology. The seats were very uncomfortable. Terrible turbulence. Not even a complimentary soda for all of this. I will never fly Allegiant ever again."
Ventajas: "Crew was friendly but did not enforce wearing of masks and deplaning was chaotic to say the least with everyone pushing to get off the plane"
Desventajas: "Enforce the airline’s own policy of wearing masks. About 1/4 of the passengers of the waiting to get on the plane at PIE did not wear a mask in the terminal, even though it is the policy of the airport. Chaotic deplaning in BNA with all passengers rushing to the front of the plane trying to get off. Rock hard very narrow seats."
Ventajas: "The passengers were spaced out, so we could actually social distance."
Desventajas: "Not all passengers wore masks. During a contagious pandemic. What the actual hell? Also, the tray tables are too small to use for anything, and we didn’t even get a free drink. Water and soda are so cheap, it’s absurd. I’d never take Allegiant again if they weren’t basically the only airline operating out of my town’s small airport."

Desventajas: "Woke up to a notice saying my flight was delayed 2 hours. So I took my time leaving. Then Got another notice saying it was delayed only 16 min. I live 1.5hrs away! Several people missed the flight because of this."
Ventajas: "Our plane was struck by lightning and therefore not able to fly, so we were deboarded and left to wait until a rescue flight could come in from Boston. Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Once we were able to board the rescue plane, the crew handed out complimentary candy and drinks to help ease the wait times. Highly recommended!"

Desventajas: "Staff are part time employees and do not arrive to check in counter until 1.5 hours before flight. When flying out of this airport you do not need to arrive 2 hours early."

Desventajas: "boarding in the rain, areas to check your bag and check in were so crowded you couldn't even find a proper line calling out names, some of the voices couldn't be heard no one available to answer questions what line a person should get in.som"

Desventajas: "2.00 for water! Overpriced everything! Crew was not nice. Kindness goes a long way. Not for this crew impatient and just rude to other passengers. We pay good money to ride on the horror bus!"
Desventajas: "Allegiant Crew were very snotty and sassy... bossy even, like they were all having a bad day. The flight itself felt like we were falling out of the sky the entire time. Up and down up and down. Seat back tray tables were extremely small."

Desventajas: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."

Desventajas: "Boarding process was completely chaotic; they had two lines, one for people with paper boarding passes and one for those with electronic passes, but they just let everyone line up all at once which was way too crazy. It needs to be better organized."
