Desventajas: "Because of some system updating we were unable to check in online and had to wait until we got to the airport to select seats. By then, there were no decent seats available. My bladder nearly burst because the guy next to me slept the whole time. They say it will take 3 weeks to update the system. This is a terrible level of customer care."

Ventajas: "Bought my ticket in June, when I could access the AA site for my seat selection, it wanted $18 to $35 to make the seat selection. We chose to get the assignment at the airport, but could only get it at tge gate. Made me feel like I was flying standby!"
Ventajas: "All fright attendant are so nice and polite, also pretty. The meals are great and they served nice ice cream for dessert, the good quality ones! The bathroom was always clean, they keep it up so well. there was even toothbrushes and paper cup! I really enjoyed it even though I was in economy."

Ventajas: "Flight was very good. Entertainment and power on new Dreamliner is excellent. Food - better than the hot dog we received as a meal on the LAX-KIX flight. Still just ok overall. Seat comfort is ok but more recline - at least in premium economy."
Ventajas: "The seats were roomier than expected, the food was delicious and everyone was very professional and friendly. I picked up this flight because JAL is a partner for AA and I'm so glad I did. I will fly them again."

Ventajas: "El vuelo partió y llego según lo programado. Se puede usar wifi, lo cual ayuda mucho a tener un mejor entretenimiento a bordo, asi que pude hablar con mi familia y amigos, y usar mi spotify. Las horas se fueron volando ;)"
