Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Furthermore, there was limited communication regarding when we would actually take off. Checking-in I was informed boarding would start at “6:40” and then we did not board until 830-9."

Desventajas: "One of the female crew member just had a really bad attitude and was rude multiple times. She was a bit older than the other ones, I believe her name was Linda. I asked for both cream and sugar, she only bought cream then when I asked again, she was really dismissive. The cart was literally 1 feet away, I almost wanted to get up and grab it myself. This happened again with my seat mates. She was really nice to the other white customers but I sat in a row with all people of color, and she was equally rude to them.Linda would really benefit from some diversity (addressing her implicit biases/prejudices) training. It just makes all of Sun Country look bad, this was the first time flying sun country, and I will most likely not fly with sun country again, if I keep on running into air hostesses like Linda. Its unfortunate because the other air hostesses/hosts were really nice, warm and welcoming."

This is unacceptable to me, all our clothes and gifts are there, now we still don't know when will our luggage arrive."

Desventajas: "The grounds people at LAX were not as nice and friendly as the flight crew and the ground crew in MN. Certainly not as helpful. After waiting for my wheelchair which had been pre arranged, I missed my shuttle and had to wait almost 2 hours for another shuttle."

The aisles are the narrowest I've ever seen - if you sit on the aisle expect to be bumped repeatedly. There's also much less room under the aisle seats for putting bags/personal items."

Nunca apareció responsable de Avianca en Mendoza. Vergüenza total!! En realidad subimos 3 veces y las 3 veces nos bajaron. Tuvimos quehacer aduana y migración 2 veces. Retirando equipaje y volviendolo a pasar. Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am

The Captain kept us informed and he flew like superman getting us through all that crazy wind coming into Las Vegas. The plane was new and clean, the crew was great. Love that wide aisle...it eliminates that sardine feeling!!"
Desventajas: "There was no way for us to add another bag after our seat placement. No one answered the phone for Alligent and the website didn’t work. It costs $20 extra to do this at the airport. Even though it was not our fault that there was no one answering phone calls (and no way to leave a message)"
