El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.
Ventajas: "The coach seats were larger than those on domestic flights. The window glass was dimmable for ideal lighting."

When we arrived February 16th they stated we were "standby" after a debated discussion they found us some seats at the very back of the plane (not our selected seats). On our flight back they had us, my husband and I seating in separate sections on the plane (again not our selected seats) 6 rows away from each other. I will NOT recommend using Kayak in the future. Then during my trip I was trying to look at what costs and fees would be associated with changing my flight and extending the trip. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

I could give ten things I did not like about this flight but I’ll sum it up with one. I brought my own inflatable sleep pillow onboard and after using for about an hour I was woken up and told it was against company regulation to use your own pillow."

Love their metal cutlery instead of plastic ones. It's not only better to eat with them but also better for environment."

Slippers, toothbrush, blankets and pillows for everyone, nice meals with Korean and Western options. Wine with dinner. Two checked bag allowance included for American bound flights. The service held up to its reputation as excellent, and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Desventajas: "The seating is hard and is hard on your back, legs and neck. Movie selection is very little and not very good. The bathrooms should be periodically cleaned down and sanitized with a light solution to be and feel clean."

Desventajas: "Food was extremely salty and the selection was terrible. I was given the same pasta for two meals (first time I had a choice, second time only pasta again). Even the same type of pasta but the second time there was some chicken in it too. It was gross."

What followed was an hour and half of international phone calls to try to sort this mess out. Ended up with us having to go to an airport an hour away to catch another flight so we don't miss our trip. Terrible terrible experience and stressful."

Desventajas: "entertainment non-existent for business class, or for my row (row 1). flight only 2.5 hours so no big deal, but entertainment on longer flight would have been a problem (no personal screen) suggest something like a competitor airline does (american company name, begins with "U"). use on-board wi-fi and we stream in entertainment onto our personal devices...."
Ventajas: "Crew and staff were all very responsive and proactive in providing assistance, seed genuinely eager to help. Boarding was fine, and a representative of the airline took initiative to form a preliminary queue at the terminal departure counter despite the airline not having an all-day dedicated counter."
Desventajas: "While its 4-seat layout was better than some anes' 5 seats in the middle column, the seating was, of course, cramped, and I did not have enough space under the seat in front of me to stow my backpack. I also wish Kayak had included easy means to select seats and special meal options. Apparently to do so requires visiting the airline's own webpage."
Desventajas: "The flight fron TPE to HNL was delayed 90 minutes which caused me to miss my connecting flight in HNL. The crew did apologize"

Ventajas: "I was provided an extra pillow upon request. All the flight attendants were friendly, nice and always have a smile on their faces. The airline counter in Hong Kong offers the special candy from Taiwan."
Desventajas: "There was no toothbrush/tooth paste provided on the return trip from Taiwan to Los Angeles. They didn't offer and soda from Los Angeles to Taiwan. The return trip was delayed from Hong Kong to Taiwan and Taiwan to Los Angeles. Both delays were only announced at the time of the original boarding time."
Ventajas: "I loved that my knees didn't touch the seat in front of me. As a tall girl and a 12hr flight that would not have been comfortable at all."
