Desventajas: "People did not follow the boarding orders everybody just lined up all at one time and the crew let them on board even though they weren't supposed to go on so even though I was supposed to board first I could board last. I didn't really like the selection for the Japanese and Korean m music with no CJ pop and Kpop like more traditional Japanese music like Koto and more traditional Korean music"
Desventajas: "The website did not let me choose the seat when I tried to check-in. In addition, the flight attendant was not welcoming because she kept saying that you cannot have more food :("

Desventajas: "I know you are not the only airline that does this, but the seats are cramped. I am not a big guy. I can't imagine what a heavier or tall person goes through in those economy seats."

Ventajas: "Disclaimer: we flew business class. Regardless, our check-in was seamless, Incheon is a beautiful and easy airport, all the flight crew were responsive and pleasant. We flew China Eastern and dealt with Shanghai airport on our flight out and I would avoid doing that again at great cost!"

Desventajas: "There is no wheelchair assistance from the gate to the plane hence the passengers has to walk. My mom needed wheelchair assistance and she had to walk."
Ventajas: "I liked how spacious the plane is. The flight attendants are very courteous and helpful especially I travelled with my mom who can barely walk. They helped us with our carry on luggage helped me walked my mom In and out of the plane."

Ventajas: "There was enough leg space even though we were couch and the flight attendants were nice. They also fed us regularly and gave out snacks and drinks so this made the 15 hours plane ride more pleasant."
Desventajas: "It was HOT. We and other passengers told the flight attendants about the heat but nothing really changed. The air circulation was poor and people were sweating on the plane. Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been. I thought it was a one time issue but it was also hot on the flight back as well."

Ventajas: "There was a delay in taking off from SFO but the attendants worked very hard at getting everyone on board and taken care of. I missed my connecting flight in Seoul because of the delay, but the attendant let me know well before that I would miss the flight. In Seoul they took me to their very nice Hyatt hotel where I stayed the night and they offered me a very excellent buffet dinner at no cost."
Desventajas: "There was plenty of confusion with the ground crew in Seoul and I was lost trying to find my way to the station where I could find another flight to Hanoi. However, as soon as I found the Korean Air station, they took very good care of me."
Ventajas: "The ladies are polite, respectful and quiet. Food is fresh and tasty and the bathroom... What a difference!! Apparently they clean it all the time."

It doesn't go back as far as first class seats do but better than the economy seats of other airlines/planes. I liked the clean restrooms. I liked the entertainment selection. I especially liked that you can view the external cameras."

Ventajas: "Crew knew that I had a tight connection in Seattle so they moved me to first class for the last 20 min of the flight so that I could de-plane first. There were also representatives waiting in various locations throughout the airport with signs to make sure we made our connecting flights. A rep even met me at my next departure gate to ensure that I had made it!"

Ventajas: "I flew from Tokyo to Seoul on Korea Air. I was very impressed by how comfortable the airplane was. It had the most leg room of any flight that I have taken in recent memory. The entertainment system worked well and had a number of good options for movies and TV shows in English. Korea Air served a nice lunch on the flight which was a mix of Western and Korean food."
Desventajas: "The flight had a large number of young children on board. At any one time, at least one of them was crying. But I can't blame Korea Airlines for this problem."
