I had ordered food and had to cancel my order before the café had finished, so he wasted food and did not get paid and I was hurried and boarded the plane hungry. I probably won't use Cape Air again unless it's an emergency situation"

Desventajas: "One minute into the Flight the Outside Wing Compartment Came unlatched and the Door To it was open about 9” enough that I was watching my Briefcase come close to flying off the plane. Passenger notified the Pilot and they Returned to STL to inspect the Compartment Latch."

Ventajas: "Cape Air never disappoints. A great option other than driving . Not to mention a great value"

Ventajas: "I flew in from Houston, TX to visit family in Sharon, VT. The closest major airports are Boston and Manchester and both are several hours away. For a few extra bucks, I can fly to Lebanon, NH thanks to Cape Air and save my family members hours and hours of driving. Very convenient. The Cape Air staff and pilots are always super friendly!"
Desventajas: "The plane can be kind of loud; it is certainly a good idea to pack hearing protection."

Desventajas: "Lo que no me. Gustó es que yo compré un boleto en 129 incluyendo la maleta y llegó al caunter no hablo bien el inglés las mujeres que estaban ahi no hablan español deberían de poner a personas bilingües y como es posible que el boleto con maleta salia en 129 por que en el caunter me cobraron 25 otra ves por la maleta si ya la había pagado? Y por que si el boleto me salía en 129 me cobraron 139 a la cuenta? En total me cobraron 35 dólares de mas pague mas de lo que me salio en la página si podrían aclararme esto se los acradecere"

Ventajas: "Flight from Havre to Billings was fine, from check in through security and to the flight. Smoke from CA, OR, NV fires really limited the view, but CapeAir did fine with their service"
Desventajas: "Seats are a little small, but that is to be expected in such a small plane. Other than that, the flight was great."

Desventajas: "My only complaint is when we landed in WestChester we deplaned and had to stand in the -5F wind-chill for a good 10-15 minutes while they unloaded our bags. I don't know why they couldn't have taken us inside to wait."

Desventajas: "We were left waiting after the flight we were booked on took off full. Had to wait another 45min to have a private flight with no copilot."

Ventajas: "Still Stuck in Nantucket. Cape Air cancelled my flight and then didn't put me in another. I'm still stuck in Nantucket."

Desventajas: "No information nor staff at counter, so one was uncertain when flight would depart."

Ventajas: "Flying over the traffic heading to Hyannis where you take the ferry to Hyannis. Experienced pilot who told us the stewardess would be passing out food after we were airborne. Good sense of humor in a 9 passenger plane."

Ventajas: "I love the small planes and the overall friendliness of the pilot and the other employees - reservationists, ground crew, and others in the terminal. Once I landed in Nantucket, I had a 1 1/2 hour layover to Hyannis. When I went to check in with the reservationist, she asked if I wanted to get to Hyannis faster or if I had business on the island. I said I would like to get to Hyannis as quickly as I could, so she put me on the next flight which left within 15 minutes. After a long flight from LA to Boston, then to Nantucket, and then to Hyannis, it was nice to get home earlier than expected. I live on the Cape, and I love that I can fly into Hyannis. Then I only have a 25 minute ride home."

Desventajas: "Landing crew in Boston was rude, bossy, and repetitively sciolding, just because I touched the door of the plane. No instructions nor to or warnings were posted, but he kept harassing me and the other passengers.about "our safety"."

Desventajas: "My flight from Rutland to Boston was unexpectedly cancelled with very little notice. I could not reschedule my trip because I needed to catch a separate flight from Boston. My alternative was to drive there and stay the night in a hotel, which was expensive and frustrating. I will be calling for a refund."

Ventajas: "It is always a pleasure to fly with Cape Air. The staff especially in Owls Head are phenomenally nice and helpful."

Ventajas: "The pilots were really friendly, the plane was comfortable, and the trip was short. Nice take off and landing. Very smooth."
Desventajas: "The lady behind me kept showing my seat around and pulling on my hair. Apparently she didn't have enough room or something because it lasted the whole 45 minutes. We hit some turbulence which was pretty rough but not terrible. would have been nice to have arm rests. Also boarding and take off was late and which made me late to my appointments."

Ventajas: "The view from PR to St Thomas was amazing!"
Desventajas: "The departure was late for no apparent reason that complicated my meeting with family members in St Thomas."

Desventajas: "The flight was cancelled because of engine trouble. As a result we miss our connecting flight to our final destination."

Desventajas: "Booked a 8:30 AM flight VQS->SJU. At 10AM the night before received an email stating the flight "may have been cancelled." Called cape air, they confirmed cancellation but couldn't rebook me on another flight; went on their website and paid for another flight (10:04). The next morning for way of explanation told that "the plane broke." Got to the airport, initially the replacement flight was delayed till 10:30, then at 11:00 we were told that flight was also cancelled. Since we did not have a connecting flight we were placed at the end of the line. They did get us out later in the day, although i suppose because we were just squeezed in I was sitting in the back where I had to sit cross-legged as i only had about 4 inches of legroom. So 2 cancellations and poor communications on a round trip ticket = mediocre review. If I don't get my money back on the first flight I'll revise this to 1/5."

Ventajas: "All aspects of the flight were smooth on a nice day and I really enjoyed flying at 7k feet. A lot of people don't like flying in small planes but I do. There is no bathroom, food or entertainment available and all of your bags go into cargo. I was the only passenger so it felt like a chartered trip. Arrived about 5 minutes early."

Ventajas: "Great service and quick flight from Lebanon to White Plains. Super convenient and the crew was very friendly."

Ventajas: "It was my first solo flight, as well as first flight in a small plane. Quick, easy check in and boarding in Mayaguez, PR. In San Juan, exiting and meeting family was not easy, due to terminal design. Overall, great experience."

Ventajas: "But it came on the next flight to Rutland and was delivered to my house that evening."

Desventajas: "Due to weight issue we made it safely to Cuelbra but our bags did not. Hopefully they arrive today or we will be going 2 days without them. No fun"

Desventajas: "Flight was canceled and nothing could be done to make it better."

Ventajas: "There was no food or entertainment so you should include a column in the survey that reads: N/A Otherwise excellent pilot!"

Desventajas: "AIRPORT SHUT DOWN TO EARLY AND NO AVAILABLE CAR RENTAL WITH DEBIT CARD. I BECAME STUCK WITH USING TAXI CAB."

Ventajas: "Crew is very friendly and the views are beautiful."
Desventajas: "This plane is an 8-seater, so no food, no drinks, no entertainment and no lavatory. Short flight, though, so not a big deal."
