Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Had to gheck my back on the next flight despite ample room to carry on. EVERYONE that works for American Airlines is incompetent, rude and terrible. I WILL NEVER FLY YOUR AIRLINE AGAIN. Your company should be sold off and every employee fired."

Ventajas: "The aircraft was comfortable. I just had a standard coach seat and it was as roomy as other airlines premium economy seats. Alaska airlines had reasonably priced food and drinks, and the entire flight crew was friendly and professional. I also liked the free GoGo texting feature."
Desventajas: "For some reason the airplane left the gate about 40 minutes late. It was also very difficult to hear the announcements from the flight deck. The only announcement that came through loud and clear was the spiel for the Alaska Airlines credit card."

Desventajas: "I was not allowed to use the restroom when we still had 20 minutes or so to land. As they were collecting final garbage, the restrooms were locked and I was not allowed to use them. I can understand cutting off the use of them once the flight crew is seated but they were still walking around and I really had to go. I don't recall a warning for this. If there was an announcement it was not audible over the hum of the engine. I'm very dissatisfied about that final part of my experience."

Desventajas: "Monitors with Sun Country gate information very difficult to find, if at all. I asked several people about Sun Country and departure gate, and was pointed in several WRONG directions. Since next flight out was 9p, I decided to cancel my trip. I did investigate taking same flight tomorrow, Jul 13, and was told it was full and I would be standby."
Ventajas: "Check in was quick. The flight was smooth. Staff was courteous and attentive."
Desventajas: "The tired babies screamed the whole trip. Supply entertainment on flight."
Desventajas: "Flight was determined to be 2 hours late well in advance. No e-mail, no call so we get to the airport 2 hours ahead of departure to find out we have to sit around the airport for 4 hours. This was NOT a last minute delay. This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."
Desventajas: "Service and customer handling at MSP and JFK were very poor. This airline charges for everything, and if you select an incorrect option and over pay, then too bad... They offer no reimbursement. Buyer Beware."

Desventajas: "I over paid baggage fee for both departure and return, been trying to call a customer service representative for a refund but their is no direct number. I keep getting switched from one person to another without any feed back and it's so frustrating. It will be nice if I can get someone to just tell me there is no refund rather than keeping me online for over 10mins."

Desventajas: "I had to pay to pick my seat, for any food or entertainment."
Ventajas: "By getting an exit row seat, I was able to board early on"
Desventajas: "I wasn't told that the exit row seat would not recline until I got on the plane. My last trip on Sun Country, none of the seats reclined as far as I can tell. I'm generally very tired by the time I get on a flight, and not being able to recline at all makes for a very uncomfortable flight."

Desventajas: "I was next to the window. It was so cold I could not get comfortable. I was never offered a drink, I think they thought I was sleeping. We sat on the runway at JFK for 45 minutes before taking off."

Ventajas: "Flight crew was very friendly and helpful. Staff at check in was very helpful in arranging wheel chair for my wife and arranging for us to sit together. Much appreciated!"
Ventajas: "I liked the local Minnesota drinks on the menu. Having MN beer was a fantastic touch (Surly Furious is the best!). Sadly, on my departing flight they were all out though."
Desventajas: "That you have to pay for drinks. And no peanuts or small snacks was a bummer - that's just cheap (you have to pay for those too)"
Ventajas: "Boarding was easy / I didn't bring a carry on so I wouldn't be charged but i had a big personal item and was a bit worried but no one gave me any trouble. Attendants were very nice when I wanted more than 1 cup of coffee. Boarding let you sit right there before you got on the flight / seats were right next to the gate. Also booked totally last minute and had a window on first leg, and an aisle on second."

Ventajas: "Boarding was good, not glitches. The crew was very accommodating with luggage having to be checked at the gate because of inadequate room in the overheads. Seating quite comfortable on the 737."
Desventajas: "The website is quite difficult to navigate and trying to get confirmation on an iPhone and the "tickets" seemed not user friendly. I was able to confirm 5 of 6 tickets but when I tried to finish #6 I ended up in some iPhone Safari glitch that wouldn't let me finish the confirmation even though the final step of seat selection was done. Couldn't find where the "electronic" boarding passes were stored. There seems to be no specific APP like Delta's which worked like a charm."
Desventajas: "15 hour delay with no communication with updates."

Desventajas: "2 hour delay and very turbulent. Innacurate arrival time estimate at time of take-off"
Desventajas: "SY shares a gate with other airlines and has minimal gates at JFK. The other airline was delayed over an hour. While our plane was available, we had to wait for the gate to clear."

Desventajas: "The family that got put in front of me first class smelled bad"
Ventajas: "great staff, super easy and pleasant boarding, clean plane, scented spray in the bathroom."

Ventajas: "On way there it was exellent service and a very comftorble flight."
Desventajas: "We had to take a bus and walk up the plane steps outside. And passenger next to me was uncomfortable to sit next to."
Ventajas: "I am still at the airport, the flight that was supposed to leave 3 hrs ago has been delayed for repair. I am happy they are trying g.to be safe but this is a huge inconvenience. The airline thus far has offered a glass of water to its passengers and that was before we had to exit the airplane. How nice"
Ventajas: "I tried to check in online the night before flight and nothing happened. I relayed this experience to the check-in guy at the airport where I had to be in line for a few minutes, and he apologized for my experience and asked if I wanted a seat more at the front of than what was designated for me. I appreciated that offer."
Ventajas: "The price of the flight! My luggage got to my destination. Liked flying out of the Humphrey Airport in MPLS."
Desventajas: "It was delayed about an hour on the way there and about 2 hours on the way home. Sat on the plane & tarmac both ways for along time. Hate having to pay for my luggage both ways."

Also the business class gets treated like royal, coach we couldn't even receive peanut's, unless you buy it. I spend over 20 extra dollars on food on your plane. I also had to purchase a monitor to watch a movie. I think you flight has poor class."

Ventajas: "The crew was really friendly, airline is really roomy and tickets are affordable. Comfortable seats and people aren't jammed on each other which is really hard to find nowadays."
Desventajas: "You have to pay for food and entertainment, for seats also, which is weird because then why purchase a ticket if they still make people pay $15-25 a seat! However, I am very pleased with the airline and when traveling around US I will choose it again, and reccomend to friends!"

Ventajas: "I forgot my DSLR Camera on the plane, and when I realized (hours after landing), I called to the company, and they had put it in a safe place at the airport. I was so glad to be able to recover my camera. Thanks!"
Ventajas: "I requested Sprite as beverage, and one of the crews gave me the whole can !! Though it took me quite a while to finish, I am happy for the gesture."
Desventajas: "1. I booked my parent's seat through Kayak, for 2 person, same flight, same time but their seats were apart and they had to seat separately 2. My dad asked the crew to put their seat next to each other at check-in but the crew ignored 3. My dad took a seat as given, then flight attendant came and told my dad that he had to move to another, more uncomfortable seat because there is someone on wheelchair has to take my dad's seat! In that case, don't they have to save a seat for wheelchair person in advance? Without asking properly, they just said my dad has to move. Very rude and poor customer service!"
Ventajas: "Staff was good and accommodating and kept us informed."
Desventajas: "We had a four hour delay in JFK. Delay caused by equipment issue. There was no effort to do any service recovery. No meal ticket, not a complimentary sandwich on the plane, nothing. Landing was unnerving as plane had to do go around for what pilot suggested as an aircraft on runway (pilot terminology for poor approach)."
Desventajas: "I wasn't able to book online or check in which delayed me as I didn't have to check a bag. Every time I tried an error occurred both in the flight there and back. Also, I looked like on my reservation my first name was combined with my middle. I thought it was an error and called and waited on the line fur over a half hour and never talked with anyone. I went into the flight nervous it was going to be an issue. Fortunately it want but the added areas was unfortunate."
Ventajas: "I loved the amount of legroom in regular coach seating. ."
Desventajas: "There were no entertainment options, which is fine because I just slept the whole way."
Ventajas: "The general attitude of the flight crew was great. Warm and kind, fun and full of smiles."
Desventajas: "The picnic pack was the only thing I could eat and was told it was no longer an option but still on the menu. Ended up not getting anything and was not thrilled by it."
Desventajas: "There was the rudest flight attendant I ever experienced. I don't like hte way baggage is handled. I wish there were food and free entertainment but it is horrible just the way all American airlines are these days. The flight attendant was unusually bad, however, even for the USA."
Ventajas: "less cramped than expected. Kind staff"
