Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

The flight attendants did nothing but gossip about other flight attendants (good and bad), their home life,etc. One rammed me with the cart & their body, woke me up, didn't even apologize. Just felt it was rude. I pay for my flight. I was trying to rest on my 4 hour flight before I had to tend to daughter who had cancer, I need the rest. And for what I paid, I should be able to. Not listen to Alaska's drama within."

Desventajas: "Pasó exactamente lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior una persona ya estaba sentada en mi lugar y en esta ocasión traté de decirle, pero la pasajera me ignoró o no me entendía"
Ventajas: "La comodidad del avión la atención del personal y el proceso de abordaje súper rápido un vuelo muy cómodo y tranquilo"
Desventajas: "No checan los asientos, cuando llegue a mi lugar asignado ya había dos personas sentadas y una de ellas estaba en mi lugar no comenté nada poe respeto ya que eran personas mayores a mi"

Desventajas: "Sun country did absolutely nothing in regards to protecting their passengers from COVID. Delta was absolutely amazing and I was soo impressed with the extra measures they are taking, sun country should definitely take notes from Delta. As for sun county I will not be flying them again anytime soon, unless they are able to improve their policies on covid."

Desventajas: "They board by row number, but start with first rows first. Makes for slower boarding (though faster than most airlines)."
Ventajas: "Ceres was wonderful during the check in process. She went above and beyond with assisting with some challenges we had with someone in our party. Made it seamless and enjoyable. Great flight!!!"

Desventajas: "Plane was 1.5 - 2 hours late and passengers were offered no explanation and there were no apologies from the crew. Even if it was unavoidable (weather, etc.), SOMETHING should be said to passengers. Very poor customer service."
Ventajas: "Great service at check in. We only had standard economy and didn't purchase food so can't rate this. No entertainment was provided so also cannot comment. Otherwise great experience"
Desventajas: "The plane was hot the air conditioning was not turned on which made it hot and uncomfortable."

Desventajas: "I booked the flight because my previous flight (Spirit airlines) was cancelled very last minute. I booked this flight and then was informed that it was delayed more than 3 hours. I was unable to work with another delay and was forced to cancel this flight within hours of booking it. I was charged $15 to cancel the flight. So I paid for a flight that was sold to me and not on time and then charged for cancelling it within hours. This was incredibly disappointing."
Ventajas: "Loved the service received in first class."
Desventajas: "I intentionally purchased a first class ticket and selected a window seat by myself but then was asked to switch places with A non-rev passenger so she could sit by her husband. I normally don't mind making these accommodations, but it does seem a little silly to ask a paying-for-a-first-class-seat-customer to move seats for someone who is flying standby."
Ventajas: "From the ticket agent to the flight attendants... EVERYONE was professionally friendly and positive."
Desventajas: "The chicken salad was excellent and the service was great in first class."

Desventajas: "The flight was 8 hours late. The stated reason "weather" was not credible and we not informed. There was no offer of a meal or any other accommodation at all. I will NEVER fly Sun Country again!"
Ventajas: "Boarding and leaving the gate was nice and prompt."
Desventajas: "I never received a beverage service. I was asked by one of the several flight attendants on the plane and I told her I wanted a Ginger Ale and I never received it while other guests still got their drinks."
Desventajas: "They waited too long for passengers getting through customs they told us. Therefore we landed 1/2 hour late."

Ventajas: "Because of a delay, was given a voucher for food and also a voucher for travel at another time. Seats are clean and not so cramped you can't breath. Excellent landings."
Desventajas: "Wish they had cranapple or crangrape drinks."
