And I had the great fortune of being a tall man sandwiched between 2 average sized people on the 3 hour flight, which meant all 3 of us were wider at the shoulders than our seats were. God help the poor sap who sat in front of me, because his seat was never going to recline with my knees firmly wedged into his kidneys."

Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

This was mentioned upon disembarking from the jet. However, the claim attendant did not mention it at customer service to my wife. I had to go and mention what was stated by the flight attendant. While waiting again in line, I observed that the customer service person did not mention it to the two families in front of me."

I had to pay $15 for a "preferred" seat, which was an aisle seat on row 7, near the front of the economy section. I was told by an employee that the only economy seats were the middle seats, that aisle and window seats were preferred seats. I was told the plane was full and they could not change my "preferred" seat although I did see empty seats on the plane after takeoff. Also bathroom facilities were poor - only two in the back for the entire economy seating. And the aisles were narrow."

I booked via kayak but somehow was routed to this agency in Canada and it was extremely difficult to understand the staff member. How was I to know that any seatback that goes up 2 inches short of vertical is bad. Am I to know the airline or FAA rules?"
Ventajas: "Can't really complain re: a direct flight for less than other airlines charge for a flight with layovers. Large, comfortable plane with good food. $25 for an exit row seat was worthwhile as I had 4 rows(!) to myself. Flight attendants were great."
Desventajas: "No in-flight entertainment. When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."
Ventajas: "The flight itself was great. I had no issues there. The crew was great and I was comfortable."
Desventajas: "I repeatedly had issues with their website and I couldn't checkin online or update any of my information, even when I called them. I also had to connect flights at the airport and I asked the airline beforehand if I had enough time, as I flew into a different terminal. They said that I did, but I almost missed my flight, even though I had two hours. The signage was poor as MSP, which isn't Sun Country's fault, however they made the transfer sound easier than it was."
Desventajas: "I was blockaded from access to the bathroom(s). The first class dragon forbade access to anyone but 1st class and the rear bathrooms were blockaded bt workers handing out drinks. Very tough on us 75+ crowd.We don't get much time from urge to crisis."
Desventajas: "I felt like a sardine in a can. Seriously can you make seating more comfortable? It's torture while first class is treated like royalty. The coach seats were hard as rocks and tiny. I hate flying because airline companies treat people who can't afford the over priced first class seats like cattle. Airlines are greedy. The good price for the flight is great but in the end feeling cramped and getting my legs and arms bumped every time someone walks by is ridiculous. GET COMFORTABLE SEATING IN COACH DAMN IT!!"
Ventajas: "A good price for non-stop flight. It flies out of terminal 2 which has easier access than terminal 1 at the MSP airport. The afternoon fly out time worked well with my schedule."
Desventajas: "The seats could always be a little larger."

Desventajas: "Could not get boarding pass on line after an hour of trying. Could not speak to customer service by phone, 45 minute wait. Message said 2 wait until @ Airport which was stressful. Long line @ ticket counter."

Desventajas: "Frankly, the crew & the flight from MCO to MSP was much better than the return flight, which is what this survey is about. Before we bought the tickets, we were told to bring proof of the funeral we were attending to get a discount/refund for the airfare afterward, then on the return flight we were dismissed as fools for not presenting this info when we bought the ticket. How could we present info for something that had not yet taken place. The obituary didn't even hit the papers until 2 days after our original flight. Also - the MSP security harassed my 80-year-old mother & she is now having nightmares as a result. Sun Country could have done us a service by letting us know when we booked her flight as a senior that there were safeguards for her, but we were told nothing."

Los alimentos es proporcionan están fríos y de muy mala calidad, mejor que no den alimentos durante este vuelo."

Nunca apareció responsable de Avianca en Mendoza. Vergüenza total!! En realidad subimos 3 veces y las 3 veces nos bajaron. Tuvimos quehacer aduana y migración 2 veces. Retirando equipaje y volviendolo a pasar. Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."
Desventajas: "El habernos dejado más de 30 minutos en espera de puerta para desembarcar me hizo perder la conexión y teniendo que esperar más de 4 horas para tomar el siguiente vuelo a Mexico."
Desventajas: "El vuelo estaba lleno y en vez de documentar a la gente que traía maletas grandes a la cabina, me quitaron la mía que era chica y solo tenía una una. El tema era que en el apuro dejé los documentos de migraciones en dicha maleta y fue un gran problema al aterrizar"
Ventajas: "El personal. El piloto muy bueno, los/as azafato/as lo mejor del viaje."
Desventajas: "Avión antiguo e incomodo para un vuelo tan largo. La tv era en medio del avión, no teníamos pantallas en cada asiento. No tenían apuntado mi menú vegetariano a pesar de contratarlo previamente. Hicimos una escala cuando el vuelo era directo..."

Desventajas: "Son un poco incómodos, pero de acuerdo al precio aceptables."
