There were no services (drinks, snacks etc.) provided during these two hours while we sat on the tarmac. The explanation on my second flight was that they were waiting for paper work and the bags to be loaded. It definitely doesn't take two hours to load bags and finish paperwork! I will not be flying Sun Country again."

Sun Country lied and said that my flight would wait for me, and there were no other flights going to Boston until the next day, resulting in a 10 hour delay. They then did not compensate me for my hotel stay and transportation, which I had to cover myself."

Fare was $111 compared to around $375 to Orlando. I was able to fit this flight into my scheduled so saved the company $$."
Desventajas: "Can't blame Allegiant for a noisy child, but there was a child across the aisle from me who shrieked and talked loudly THE WHOLE FLIGHT. I was trying to sleep and was NOT pleased. I like a good fare, but selling a can of Coke on the flight for $2 seems a bit extreme. Glad there are cut-rate airlines out there as an option, but I won't be flying them any more than necessary."
Ventajas: "Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Plane was very clean and more spacious than any other airline coach seats. We departed on time and arrived 15 minutes early at our destination. Flight price was hundreds of dollars cheaper and the only airline which offered non-stop service from nyc to Knoxville, TN."
