Since next flight out was 9p, I decided to cancel my trip. I did investigate taking same flight tomorrow, Jul 13, and was told it was full and I would be standby."

This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."

Attendants were very nice when I wanted more than 1 cup of coffee. Boarding let you sit right there before you got on the flight / seats were right next to the gate. Also booked totally last minute and had a window on first leg, and an aisle on second."

Paying extra should be if I want to upgrade a seat and not for a seat in an area that I already paid for. This was definitely not an upgraded seat. I will avoid flying Sun Country in the future."

Ventajas: "On way there it was exellent service and a very comftorble flight."
Desventajas: "We had to take a bus and walk up the plane steps outside. And passenger next to me was uncomfortable to sit next to."
Ventajas: "I am still at the airport, the flight that was supposed to leave 3 hrs ago has been delayed for repair. I am happy they are trying g.to be safe but this is a huge inconvenience. The airline thus far has offered a glass of water to its passengers and that was before we had to exit the airplane. How nice"
Ventajas: "I tried to check in online the night before flight and nothing happened. I relayed this experience to the check-in guy at the airport where I had to be in line for a few minutes, and he apologized for my experience and asked if I wanted a seat more at the front of than what was designated for me. I appreciated that offer."
Ventajas: "The price of the flight! My luggage got to my destination. Liked flying out of the Humphrey Airport in MPLS."
Desventajas: "It was delayed about an hour on the way there and about 2 hours on the way home. Sat on the plane & tarmac both ways for along time. Hate having to pay for my luggage both ways."
Ventajas: "That i did arrive safely"
Desventajas: "Staff was kinda rude, seem unfriendly didn't want to ring bell for service because I didn't want to deal with rude behavior. Also the business class gets treated like royal, coach we couldn't even receive peanut's, unless you buy it. I spend over 20 extra dollars on food on your plane. I also had to purchase a monitor to watch a movie. I think you flight has poor class."
Ventajas: "We overall had really good service, our flight was comfortable, and the people are very friendly."

Desventajas: "Stuck in row 10 where the seats don't recline and there's a little less leg room."

Desventajas: "Very cramped seating."
Desventajas: "We never got off the ground because of mechanical problem. I was sent back to the terminal where I waited in line for 2.5 hours. Finally SC put me on a different airline on a flight that left 12 hours later. No compensation for food or other costs incurred as a result of this problem. I understand that things don't always go right but it is important to provide good customer service on those occasions. SC failed me."
Ventajas: "The crew was really friendly, airline is really roomy and tickets are affordable. Comfortable seats and people aren't jammed on each other which is really hard to find nowadays."
Desventajas: "You have to pay for food and entertainment, for seats also, which is weird because then why purchase a ticket if they still make people pay $15-25 a seat! However, I am very pleased with the airline and when traveling around US I will choose it again, and reccomend to friends!"
Ventajas: "Boarding was quick, staff was friendly."
Desventajas: "The plane was really hot the whole flight."
Ventajas: "Our flight crew was incredibly nice and we even landed a half an hour early. Free beverages were served to everyone - even the economy seats."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed 3.5 hours and it was very unorganized at boarding"
Desventajas: "1. I booked my parent's seat through Kayak, for 2 person, same flight, same time but their seats were apart and they had to seat separately 2. My dad asked the crew to put their seat next to each other at check-in but the crew ignored 3. My dad took a seat as given, then flight attendant came and told my dad that he had to move to another, more uncomfortable seat because there is someone on wheelchair has to take my dad's seat! In that case, don't they have to save a seat for wheelchair person in advance? Without asking properly, they just said my dad has to move. Very rude and poor customer service!"
Ventajas: "Staff was good and accommodating and kept us informed."
Desventajas: "We had a four hour delay in JFK. Delay caused by equipment issue. There was no effort to do any service recovery. No meal ticket, not a complimentary sandwich on the plane, nothing. Landing was unnerving as plane had to do go around for what pilot suggested as an aircraft on runway (pilot terminology for poor approach)."
Desventajas: "I wasn't able to book online or check in which delayed me as I didn't have to check a bag. Every time I tried an error occurred both in the flight there and back. Also, I looked like on my reservation my first name was combined with my middle. I thought it was an error and called and waited on the line fur over a half hour and never talked with anyone. I went into the flight nervous it was going to be an issue. Fortunately it want but the added areas was unfortunate."
Ventajas: "On time. Easy boarding"

Ventajas: "I loved the amount of legroom in regular coach seating. ."
Desventajas: "There were no entertainment options, which is fine because I just slept the whole way."
Ventajas: "The general attitude of the flight crew was great. Warm and kind, fun and full of smiles."
Desventajas: "The picnic pack was the only thing I could eat and was told it was no longer an option but still on the menu. Ended up not getting anything and was not thrilled by it."

Desventajas: "Si se paga un pasaje deberían darnos un mejore avión o acaso el dinero de uno no vale para que pongan un avión un poco más moderno, tampoco digo cómo emirates pero por lo menos las tv en los asientos, quién mira la tv a metros de distancia y en el techo, por favor"

Desventajas: "Avión de más de 30 años. Para ser vuelo intercontinental asusta bastante. 9 horas sin poder ver una película. Todo viejo y sucio. Sin espacio para equipaje de mano. No entiendo como suigue volando ese avíon."
Ventajas: "Buen entretenimiento. Excelente variedad de opciones x wifi para usar dispositivos o en pantalla individual en asiento."

Ventajas: "Nada. El avión es tan viejo q da hasta miedo que no llegue. No tiene ningún tipo de entretenimiento, más teniendo en cuenta que es un vuelo intercontinental."
Desventajas: "Asientos, poner pantallas, que es un vuelo de 9 horas!!!! No caben los carryon en los espacios asignados!! Es todo viejo y vetusto. Tiene monitores colgados del techo!!! Parece un viaje en el tiempo a 30 años atrás. Una vergüenzas que traten a los pasajeros así. No vuelo nunca más en American."

Desventajas: "Muy poco espacio entre los asientos. No podía ni cruzar las piernas y mido 1.57. La comida regular el desayuno escaso y feo, solo el yogur me pareció bueno. Los tripulantes no atendieron bien estaban muy apurados te tiraban las cosas mas o menos. Muy desagradable"

Los alimentos es proporcionan están fríos y de muy mala calidad, mejor que no den alimentos durante este vuelo."

Desventajas: "Todo no me gustó. Falta de respeto. Desesperación de la gente en especial la que viajaba con niños y ancianos en silla de ruedas. Estrés. Nunca apareció responsable de Avianca en Mendoza. Vergüenza total!! En realidad subimos 3 veces y las 3 veces nos bajaron. Tuvimos quehacer aduana y migración 2 veces. Retirando equipaje y volviendolo a pasar. Nos dijeron que el Lima nos iban a contactar para resarcirnos monetaria mente por noche de hotel perdida. Mentiras para sacarnos de encima. Increíble. Detestable. Denigrante!!!!!!!!. Avianca NUNCA MAS. Y ME VOY A ENCARGAR QUE MUCHA GENTE LO SEPA. Dedique se a otra cosa. ."
