Ventajas: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Desventajas: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Ventajas: The crew was friendly, the planes clean, flights on time. The blankets were a very nice touch.

Desventajas: On my first flight, I paid for use of wifi, but it kept kicking me off the connection. Repeatedly, the entire time. On the second flight, there was no option for wifi at all. It would have been nice to pay for wifi once for use all the way to my destination.

Ventajas: Austrian Airlines is the best! Crew, food, drinks, entertainment, and plugins were all provided, and it was all very nice (and delicious food!).

Desventajas: lastminute.com was completely unhelpful in assisting with any changes to my itinerary. They repeatedly provided me with incorrect information that sent me on a wild goose chase.

Ventajas: I didn't end up taking the flight. It was canceled.

Desventajas: Being able to reach the airline or vayama would have made it better. The flight was canceled and I couldn't have gone anyway as the wedding was postponed that I had planned to go to and there are stay at home mandates in the US due to COVID 19. It's been weeks and I've given up trying to reach the airline or vayama and it's not clear if I'll get any of my money back. That's the one frustrating thing is not being able to reach anyone.

Ventajas: I like the notice given prior before I get to the airport on regard to a free carry-on check in. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic happy giving me the comfort of a nice travel journey. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Ventajas: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Desventajas: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Ventajas: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Desventajas: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Ventajas: No real complaints. Pretty decent international coach service. This was a code share on United. Vegetarian meal exceeded my rather low expectations. Entertainment was top notch... plenty of movies to choose from.

Desventajas: My only critique is that the crew could have been a lot friendlier. I am always very pleasant to the crew and expect the same in return.
