Un gran servicio. Debes estar atento en todo momento porque no hay avisos pero de ahí en más todo increíble.

It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."

I wouldn't recommend this flight for people flying from places other than Chicago."

Desventajas: "After dinner, seat belt sign was on for the rest of flight. They didn't want anyone to use the bathroom...for over 4 hours. There was really no turbulence. Basically it seemed to be a reason to not provide service and trap people in their seats. You also had to pay for alcohol. Worst international flight I ever had in terms of customer service"
Ventajas: "The seat was comfortable on the newer plane and the in flight entertainment was excellent."
Desventajas: "The airline features an upgrade yourself bid option that starts at a minimum bid. We went above this and got rejected, only to find there were still open seats. They tried to then upsell is at 4x the cost which makes the entire thing seem terribly dishonest. After calling customer service, they hung up on me. It’s clearly a scam to extract more pricing data from customers."

Desventajas: "The staff at EWR took the wheelchair that I was in and told me that someone would be along with another one. One never arrived. I went to the desk when boarding began. I requested a wheelchair and I was told that I could walk down the ramp without assistance by one of the boarding staff. I was able to but with great pain and much energy. If it had not been for the crew of the flight I probably would never fly on Aer Lingus again."
Ventajas: "The staff was generally pleasant (except for one attend on the SFO-Dublin flight. The lunch and dinner were very good (desserts as well were better than on other airlines I have flown). There was a good selection of movies."
Desventajas: "The seats on the trip Dublin to SFO were a bit cramped. I wasn’t able to lean my seat back as the passenger behind me asked me not to because his knees were already touching the back of my seat. The web check in was prone to error. For both legs I had to start the web Checkin at least twice. I also got an error page when I tried to print my boarding pass. I do’s not find a way to add my boarding pass to my iphone’s wallet."
Ventajas: "Nothing extraordinary about the flight (not necessarily a bad thing). Complimentary refreshments."

Desventajas: "Aer Lingus operated the flight. Haphazzard ticketing/check-in procedure would have been stressful if it wasn't clear that everyone else on the plane was there in line too. Both legs of our trip with Aer Lingus were on older planes, that had obviously flown a lot of miles. Sound on my seat console on this flight was so bad that it was unusable."
Ventajas: "Flight and service was fine - food was probably better than average in coach."
Desventajas: "I have come to expect charging outlet for devices - this aircraft had none. Entertainment consisted of a few older movies - no newer releases."

Desventajas: "First of all, they were not able to locate my reservations even after I showed them the e ticket. I had to be on call with Etihad for 1 hour to figure out my reservation. I had a small 7-year-old son with me and we were at the airport from one day. Since my other flight got cancelled I ended up boarding taking Etihad. I was first in the line at the check-in counter and ended up boarding at the end with all the hassle. I requested the vegetarian food twice and confirmed it while the reservation, but still didn't get the food. My son and myself were hungry for few hours. The crew was not very supportive to accommodate any food."

Desventajas: "In the US we board by row numbers. With Aer Lingus, the boarding was weird & illogical."

Actually, I will make a point to book with this airline. I also really liked clearing US Customs in Dublin. This saved time and hassle when landing at O'Hare."

Me siento muy decepcionada de la atención. Pesaron mi bolso de mano de manera aleatoria y me cobraron 100 euros por 3 kg."

Desventajas: "Tanto a la ida como al regreso ese tramo fue con AirEuropa y el personal en aeropuerto no tienen la amabilidad correspondiente. En la idea me tocó problemas con uno de ellos y en el regreso vi que otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo. Ni siquiera muestran sus nombres."

La mayoria extranjeros, de habla hispana o asiaticos quienes no entendiamos nada de lo que nos explicaba el personal"
