Desventajas: "Movie selection too limited and the same movies were offered on the return flight. The smell of sesame oil was a bit overpowering on the flight due to food choices offered. Additionally, an American/European style breakfast option would have been nice. We were offered two meals on our 14 hour overnight flight and both consisted of what we would consider to be dinner or lunch options."

Ventajas: "Spacious seating. I didn't feel crowded. The food on the plane was pretty good too. No complaints. All of the stewardesses were giving a friendly "sawasdee" when we got to Thailand. They provided headphones to each passenger and a pillow as well."
Ventajas: "Overall, the flight back from Seoul to Atlanta was better than our previous experience. At least this time the flight attendants were more attentive and prompt to ask if you need anything. Entertainment was good and so were the meals. I appreciate the two meals and beverages."
Desventajas: "Seats are just uncomfortable (not enough cushion and no back support) and the little extra space is not noticeable after so many hours sitting in a long flight such as this one. The lavatories could use a cleaning sometime along the flight. Our flight was packed so after so many people using them, they were not looking or smelling their best. Tickets are expensive. It was also warm most of the time."

Desventajas: "The crew lacked an "aloha spirit." We were excited to go to hawaii but the crew didnt seem friendly. When I asked if I could pass thru their area to get to the bathroom on the other aisle, I think I saw the stewardess roll her eyes as she got up out of her chair. It couldve been because it was the 0700 flight. Older plane. Its one with one big screen in the middle and tiny little screens scattered throughout. Didnt show a movie - instead showed clips of hawaiian singers. Chairs were rickety and hard to lay back or put forward."
Ventajas: "I booked late, but I got a seat pretty close to the one I chose, and they made sure I got an aisle, like I specified. They gave us a complimentary glass of rum punch (if you're 21+) and I love this drink! Sweet and satisfying. I believe they do this on all their flights."
Desventajas: "This didn't affect me personally, but you do have to pay $15 extra to use their entertainment system. I'm glad I downloaded a movie and some tv shows to my tablet before going."

Ventajas: "There was one male worker who tried to bring me extra coleslaw cause he saw the other flight attendants not offer me anything instead of a meat centered meal. I appreciated that but didn't catch his name."
Desventajas: "The workers were so rude - especially a woman named Mi. they had no vegetarian options on the plane for food and basically laughed at me when I asked for it. They had no free entertainment at all not even a movie for everyone on the main monitors. They asked for volunteers to check their bags and I volunteered and when I made a connecting flight to Kauai (final stop Oahu which is a 35 min flight) I tried to switch my flight to an earlier one because I realized That I had a four hour layover before my 35 min flight -_- and they said that I would have been able to but since I checked my carry on I couldn't. And they said it was because my bag would get there much later than me - which I was upset about but understood. Fast forward 4 1/2 hours later and I land on Oahu. My bag is sitting at the terminal because it came over on a plane that got there before me. Totally unhappy - I fly to California and back almost every month and I've never had an experience like this"

Ventajas: "TSA was fast and efficient coming back, the crew was friendly and helpful, and the food was fine both ways. Also, while coming back, pre-boarding was kind of an enjoyable process for once, as one of the staff was very lively and made a lot of jokes."
Desventajas: "Had delayed flight, due to some back-up part that was being faulty. Everyone had just finished getting on the plane at this point, and the Captain said it'd be fixed in under an hour, so those who wanted to leave or stay on the plane, could leave or stay. However, for some reason, everyone (+all our baggage) had to get off the plane about 15 after minutes after this announcement, and the flight ended up being delayed by ~2-2.5 hours. There was no compensation."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.
