Ventajas: "Boarded on time and quickly. Smooth ride made me fall asleep for most of the flight almost the second I sat down (I had been out the night before so that probably also explains it). They left a note saying I was sleeping when they gave out meals and offered it to me even though we were about to descend. I didn't eat the food, nor did I use the in-flight entertainment, so I can't attest to the quality in those regards."

My suggestion is that instructions in Vietnamese should be made more often to avoid chaos particularly when deplane."

Even if the sun is bright, you can still look out and enjoy the view. I love this feature of the 787 and am always a little disappointed when I'm back in any other aircraft."

Desventajas: "JustFly billed the wrong price, then to fix that,created a new ticket with my name misspelled and failed to cancel the original ticket. We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

This is turn resulted in my suitcase being left in Taiwan where I had a 4 hour layover. I am now currently waiting for my bag to be delivered to my place of work (hopefully in one piece)."

Desventajas: "Dealing with kayak was a nightmare. After kayak cancelling the entire flight because my husband was to sick to make his departure flight to Bali, they cancelled his return. Kayak would not release his seats so we could not rebook, Eva said they couldn't rebook until kayak released. He did have to take another airline to Bali. After 7 days they finally released seats. After talking with them approx 8 hrs. Will never use kayak again."
