Food from Philippines to Japan was excellent but served a little late. Food from Japan to USA WAS LOUSY and they only served hot food one time for breakfast which means 2 hours away from arrival. Hot food meal should have been served 2 hours after boarding in an airport where everything ia closed after 9 pm. Some of the connecting passengers did not have a hot meal for at least 12 hours or maybe more.

Would have appreciated 72 hours notice of this new rule."

You have a bag to check at the airport they will not tell you it is $30 or $40 but gouge you for $160au. That is a total rip off and they should be embarrassed to ask for that excessive amount."

Apparently, I was in some sort of category where I was fed and my seatmate was not and neither of us knew why. Also, the entertainment being pay-to-play is just stupid."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Entertainment service was horrible, old movies and typical Qatar Airline selection of Bollywood films (Expected when flying from Doha, but not New Zealand!) Seat would not recline, but no option to move to another isle seat."

Ventajas: "Business class passengers use Qantas lounge in Brisbane - fresh and well stocked. Boarding was hassle free and flat beds were very comfortable. Crew were helpful while being very busy."
Desventajas: "We had seats in the centre but ate at totally different times. Left aisle and right aisle worked a different schedule - annoying. Entertainment very high tech but odd selections."

Desventajas: "Boarding was not organized in Hong Kong. Passengers were not called in groups, and therefore, an unorganized line formed between seats. Staff did not clearly tell passengers when boarding was taking place, and where to form lines. I was very surprised."
Ventajas: "Excellent and attentive staff, great food, clean bathrooms (by airline standards anyway), fantastic entertainment! It's a great value for the price, especially for coach class!"
Desventajas: "Not much to dislike. I just was a little bothered by the fact that I had purposely chosen to have my boarding pass be digital (to save the environment), but to do this you have to check in online. As a result, they can't verify your passport (something they need to do in person). So when I got to the gate they had to check my passport and then made me use a new, printed boarding pass. Not a huge deal, but just something that bothered me."
