Yeah my flight was delay by 3 hours for reasons out of their control and I missed my connecting flight but they completely made up for it. The food and drinks were really good along with the service. Plus they booked me on another flight along with a hotel for the night. Awesome service and experience, I would travel with them again."

The entertainment was much much better than the American Airlines archive. The seats and accessories like pillow, blanket, etc. again much better. 12hr flight was over in what felt like about 5hrs (I watched Star Wars and Hunger Games)."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed 24hrs which is not the fault of Korean airlines however Boarding was so disorgainsed with no information on the process, almost no priority boarding. We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"

I had to pay an extra $350 to get my flight rescheduled. I thought that due to bad weather, customers can get flight rescheduled at no extra cost? As soon as I rebooked my flight, both airport in Houston closed anyways. So is this still my fault and did I have to still pay an extra $350??"

Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been."

Ventajas: "Seats rows seemed to be more distance apart than other airlines. Flight was actually done by Air New Zealand rather than Cathay Pacific. Check in at Auckland airport was very quick and highly automated, however, our gate was not posted till one hour before the flight, so we did not know where was the best place to sit and wait."
Desventajas: "Food was mediocre. Coffee and tea were like warm or cold."

Desventajas: "Boarding and take off was delayed by about one hour, with no proactive communication from crew about the delay. Passengers waiting to board individually questioned why we had not started boarding yet when information screens in the airport displayed otherwise. We did not start boarding for a 12 hour international flight until ten minutes to scheduled take off. The first time we were informed about the delay as a group was after we had entered the aircraft."
Ventajas: "The option to gate check strollers for easy access with a toddler"

Desventajas: "For the $s paid for this flight the crew could be a little bit friendlier and having a smile on their face."

Desventajas: "The meal choices were chicken curry or beef on this flight. They ran out of beef quickly. Why would you serve something like curry on an airplane that’s not at all agreeable to at least half the people on the plane and then force the rest of us to eat it when you run out of the other option? My seat recliner was broken so I got to sit straight up for 12 hours."

Ventajas: "Can't say enough about how good the experience was. It felt like business class, except the seat doesn't transform into a flat bad. Service, meals, amenities, washrooms, etc. were amazing. Also, the flight times AKL-YVR and YVR-AKL are so civilized! You leave each city around dinner time, you dine, you watch a movie, sleep as much as you want, have breakfast, and then it's time to land! Way better than other options that leave at odd times."
Desventajas: "I can't think of anything to improve. NZ really rocked the flight and the Premium Economy product."

Ventajas: "Everybody was so helpful and friendly. The seating was quite pleasant although my boyfriend and I are used to staying next to each other. The entertainment was extensive keeping anybody busy for a long flight and the menu was broad enough and good quality. This is the way all flights should be!"

Desventajas: "I booked this in October and chose 2 seats with one being an aisle seat. I was moved with my wife to the two middle seats in a row of four, like a second class citizen. There was no meatless options for food. Cabin temperature varied wildly requiring several clothing changes in a cramped seat I didn't select."

Desventajas: "As a vegan I didnt think the food was great. But they did have food for me to eat so that was nice."
