Un gran servicio. Debes estar atento en todo momento porque no hay avisos pero de ahí en más todo increíble.

El personal de Delta nos atendió e excelentemente. En especial las auxiliares en los puestos de Delta en el aeropuerto.
No vuelvo a contratar con esa compañía, ni con vosotros. Desde mayo intentando ponerme en contacto para cambiar el billete y no ha sido posible. He perdido el dinero sin poder ni siquiera poner una reclamación. Lo está estudiando consumo europeo.
Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de viajar. El trato que recibimos mi hija y yo Por parte del equipo de facturación fue humillante. No sentimos tratados con desprecio y la educación. No volveré a viajar con esta compañía.
Retraso de dos horas en salir el avion por problemas en el programa de navegación. ¿No lo tienen comprobado antes de embarcar a 300 personas?
Es increible que no pudiera hacer la facturación online -según el personal del Delta con el que hable porque no había comprado el vuelo directamente con ellos- y que ademas Virgin o Kayak no me avisaran de ello, por lo que tuve que perder un tiempo precioso intentándolo

Desventajas: "I found the seats on this Virgin Atlantic A340 flight from LHR (London Heathrow) to LAX (Los Angeles), an eleven hour flight, to be unacceptable. The seats were very crowded. I am six feet tall, and was very uncomfortable all during the flight. I could not sit with my knees together. I had to spread my knees to sit comfortably. Holding that position for eleven hours was very uncomfortable. Anyone taller than me would have even more trouble. Also, every seat has a very large box underneath, I presume for the audio/video system. This is a terrible location. There is very little room to stow anything. But much worse, I couldn't straighten my right leg. All-in-all, I found the seat situation totally unacceptable. I will likely never fly Virgin Atlantic again because of this."

El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Ventajas: "I almost missed my next flight from Dublin to Chicago. There was not enough time between flights with current security measures. Your site should not have suggested those two flights so close."
Ventajas: "The crew was extremely efficient in everything they did. Beverage service was super but many of us didn't know we could get our own from the front of the plane."
Desventajas: "The seats lean too far back and are hard to get in and out of. There's very little space for anyone in the middle seats to move, much less climb out from. Oh, it was never clear to the passengers that anyone could get up and get drinks from up front during the flight."
Desventajas: "The flight attendants were not helpful or attentive. A nine plus hour flight and they offered drinks once, picked up garbage once and when we tried to give them garbage before landing, told us to put it in the seat pocket or toss on the floor! It looked like the plane had been trashed when we exited"

Desventajas: "You have to pay for confirmed seats, and the seats are uncomfortable. No free beer or wine on international flight and the ticketing in Dublin was SUPER slow!"

Checked bag fees are based on weight which is fair in a way, but annoying that I have to pack a travel scale and weigh it the night before to avoid being overcharged."

Ventajas: "The whole crew was amazing! Meals were very tasty. The pillow and blanket was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the fact we all had entertainment screens."

Desventajas: "Supposed to leave Boston at 9:30 pm, instead 1:30 am. It was said they knew this the day before and sent emails to passengers. No one who I spoke to, including myself, got one. Aer Lingus hired another carrier to do this flight—plane, crew —no Aer Lingus personnel. Everyone was nice, but. Had made arrangement for early morning checkin. Got to the hotel SO late that they waved a fee and had our room ready. Was going to sightsee the first afternoon—basically lost a day of seeing Dublin."

Desventajas: "Every time I book with orbitz, even months in advance, I get seated in the last seat of the plane so I am in the toilet"

My headphone jack partially worked—ear buds fine but the internal connection was not working well—sound only from 1 ear bud. Not pleasant for watching or listening to entertainment."

(A big help after a long trip and short on $!) And the best part? They dealt with U.S customs before we left Dublin so that we didn't have to deal with the long lines in Boston. So grateful!!!"

Desventajas: "The overall feel is that the staff are very rigid about their rules. They come down the aisle at their appointed times, but never just check up to see how people are doing. The rule about registering for a vegetarian meal 72 hours advance is ridiculous. there should always be meat-free options for people, not just vegetarians. The flight attendant was kind enough to find some fruit salad for me, out of the crew meals, but she shouldn't have to. in general they don't feel very warm or inviting."
Ventajas: "i liked nothing from the experience on this leg or the journey. I was frustrated and angry."
Desventajas: "The check in procedure in Amsterdam took almost two hours. Then I was late to the gate. There was no assistance getting to the gate for none of the passengers who experienced these delays."
Ventajas: "I liked the in-flight crew. They were very pleasant and helpful!"
Desventajas: "The delays! The check-in app was down and the ladies at the desk didn't seem to be in any hurry to make sure we didn't miss our flight. It was the worst experience."
