Desventajas: "It didn't even show up in fact it was cancel and I was never notified and left 5hrs earlier so I was stuck in Denver international airport for the night and had to book a 400$ flight for the next morning. It's really shocking that I was not notified and I want to be reimbursed for the hotel and flight the next day"

Desventajas: "When my luggage arrived the next day to my destination, they called and told me I could come pick it up. however I live a few hours from the airport and asked if they could have it delivered to me asap. Yes, that was approved. The lady in charge of my bag went off work for 3 days and delayed my delivery. she should have asked someone else on staff to do instead of tell me my luggage was on the way."

Desventajas: "There were 5 passengers on the flight, 2 checked in a bag for a total of 2 bags. My bag was lost. In reality on flight 438 Boutique Air lost/misplaced 50% of the passengers luggage. The staff is trying to get my bag on the next Boutique Air flight which does not arrive in Nashville until Sunday. I may be moved from Nashville on Sunday. The baggage needs to be on the next flight heading to Nashville regardless of the company."

Desventajas: "I'll admit, I was arrived some what close to the cut-off time but still had around 50 minutes to spare before boarding my flight. Staff was unable to provide me a printed version of my boarding pass. In result, I was not able to make my flight. Boutique air refuses to address the matter."

Ventajas: "good staff from gate to gate makes up for any airport problems from being "off brand" e.g., gates not as clearly indicated, not on ARR/DEP boards. Nice seats, I could see headroom problems for those in the 6'3"+ range."
Ventajas: "Expectations were exceeded and beyond. Very professional and everyone made me feel important. Impressed from booking to landing."

Desventajas: "We finally got to DIA, there was no shuttle ready to get us off the plane. We were not allowed to go into the main terminal because we didn't go through security. I hope that this is a successful business as it was very pleasant, but a lot of things need to be worked out to become more popular."

Desventajas: "The overhead air vent was FREEZING and stayed on until we were in flight. We were not allowed to retrieve our checked luggage directly from the plane, we had to walk (long walk) to the baggage claim and retrieve it there. It would have made the shortness of the flight even better as we would have been able to just walk from our Boutique flight to our connecting flight's check-in window."
Ventajas: "I loved the intimate feel of flying this airline. Meeting the captain on the Tarmac and getting personalized care like coffee, water, and descriptions of what we are flying over and around was awesome. With such a chill environment and the ability to shoot great photos out of the plane window I really felt like I was flying in my own private jet."
Desventajas: "Nothing. Nothing at all. We even landed early."
