Desventajas: "The plane aisle is a bit tight and cramp and it is hard to move around. The chair in economy is not very comfortable very sturdy lack of cushion and back support. Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

Desventajas: "Although I had already checked in on line and had a boarding pass, I stood in line for ninety minutes at Incheon just to self-drop a bag. That's just not acceptable. I'd avoid Incheon and Korea Air for future flights for this reason."

Seeing there were only middle seats available, the person at the check-in counter gave me the option of an exit row seat with lots of leg room. Slippers, toothbrush, blankets and pillows for everyone, nice meals with Korean and Western options. Wine with dinner. Two checked bag allowance included for American bound flights. The service held up to its reputation as excellent, and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Desventajas: "Hi I travelled on 7/16 from Philadelphia to Cairo through the Jordanian airline . Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"
