My mom and sister traveled from Detroit to San Jose, Costa Rica with a layover in Atlanta. From Detroit to Atlanta, even when I have purchased 2 seats together, they were placed in different seats. My sister doesn’t have too much experience traveling, so by the time that she told me about it, they were already seated on the plane so they couldn’t do anything about it. From Atlanta to San Jose, the lady at the front desk told her that she hasn’t purchased the seats together so my sister had to show her the email confirmation in order for them to be seated together. My mom is a senior and it was very inconvenient that the two of them weren’t seated together in the first flight. Plus, I lost the money I paid for those seats when I purchased the flight tickets.

Salimos mas de una hora tarde porque la tripulcion no estaba completa. Por esta razon perdi mi conexion y nos dieron la informacion incorrecta, por poco nos quedamos sin llegar a nuestro destino.
La atención de empalme debe mejorar, orientar a sus clientes en español, La seguridad es buena pero estamos en conexión no es de su competencia, pero si la policia fuera más amable seria espectacular
La rapidez de la atención no me gustó los asientos ya que no se pueden reclinar y no dan nada de beber.
No me gustó nada. El vuelo se atrasó 1 día. Me cobraron otro vuelo en el aeropuerto por $115 y luego me dijeron que no habían asientos. Y no me devolvieron el dinero por el vuelo que no tenían disponible. No volveré a viajar con esta aerolínea.
Deberían ofrecer por lo menos un snack para los pasajeros
Deben mejorar la puntualidad tuve un retrazo de 3 horas y no pude llegar a tiempo
El cinturón de mi asiento no abrochaba bien, así que deberían mejorar eso.
