Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."

Desventajas: "Boarding was terrible, took a couple hours with a huge line and shuttles. They lost my bag and I won't have it for a couple days (supposedly), seats were very uncomfortable, no vegetarian food option and crew shrugged when I asked. Plane was unbearably hot when we boarded."

Desventajas: "Vegan food wasn't actually vegan (yogurt is not vegan) and quality and taste were poor. Broken overhead compartment. Limited space to move about. More movies in economy (seriously ridiculous not to provide more entertainment to all classes on an overseas flight)."
Ventajas: "Bypassing Athens was great but the very very early, extremely early departure was not good."
Desventajas: "Low cost and not going through Athens. Also we flew condor from Seattle. We should have been able to check our bags all the way through to Samos"

Desventajas: "First the ground staff didn't allow people with disabilities to pre-board, Second, the seats were so crammed together, like I've never seen on an international flight, third the entertainment options were pathetic and alcohol wasn't free. I've paid less for tickets and gotten way more. But what was truly appalling was the fact that I asked the airport staff for a wheelchair and they wouldn't give it to me, I could barely walk and they ignored my request in Frankfurt."

Desventajas: "Seats were so crowded. I am only 5 9 1/2 feet tall, but my knees touched the seat in front of me! Also - why not provide more movies? Other international flights always provide more entertainment. Plus, one shouldn't have to pay to choose vegetarian food."

Ventajas: "Great value for money. I paid extra fee for premium entertainment, but it was pretty cheap and still a lot less than what I would have paid on other airlines for the trip. The service was excellent, the food was very good. I would recommend this airline to anyone. I paid for the premium food on the way back. It was excellent, although the regular food was not bad."
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed for about an hour, however it was not any stress and the airline kept us informed at all times."

Ventajas: "After finding Condor nickel and diming us, were were surprised to have positive impressions of the plane, flight, and crew. The crew dealt with our issues as best they could in as friendly a manner as could be hoped for."
Desventajas: "The weight allowed for carry-on luggage was confusing. I ordered a vegetarian meal for my wife when I made the reservations, but they ran not of these meals before getting to her. I also ordered their entertainment package for my wife; but when she tried to play a movie, it prompted her for a purchase code. I do not think I ever received such a code. Happily, the crew gave her access to the movies."

Ventajas: "There weren't a lot of passengers, so the flight had a lot of empty seats that were used as beds which made the ride a little more comfortable."
Desventajas: "It's a long flight, I expected there to be free movies for passengers, a blanket, and headphones available. Food was less than satisfactory."

Desventajas: "I had an exit row with extra leg room, which was fantastic, but the seat was so worn down, there was barely any padding left, and it was extremely uncomfortable for a long flight. it was like sitting on a metal bench for 11 hours, your legs keep going numb and have to continue to get up. The food is pretty poor, I know it's a plane, but it was rough. The entertainment is extremely limited, even the stuff you can pay for, you have to talk to a crew member - very old system."

Ventajas: "The crew was above average. The food was good and mostly inluded in the ticket price."
Desventajas: "Legroom and overhead bin space was very limited. I felt very cramped. Very limited amount of complimentary entertainment, too."
Ventajas: "Once on board flight was smooth, staff ok but not overly friendly."
Desventajas: "The fact that I was not allowed to check in before day of departure. Very concerning and then seat I requested could not be honored."
