Ventajas: The on-board crew were great. Super friendly and chatty. Almost a WestJet feel instead of the serious aloofness that AC is known for

Desventajas: The entire HUGE MESS from booking til sitting on our last airplane. The “new reservation” system is a horrible joke. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing so you get completely wrong info and they won’t do anything about it. I’m a wheelchair assist and had to call 6 times to remind them to put it on my ticket even though each time I was shown that it had been added. They kept seating on the back row of the plain and blamed me for not calling ahead to “let them know I was wheelchair assist so they could reseat me” BUT...they won’t answer you call unless it’s 24 before your flight and then to check at the airport who then tells us it’s out fault cause we didn’t call more then 36 hrs ahead...YOU CANT CALL THAT FAR AHEAD...and ...get this “they don’t have wheelchair assist on my ticket/file”. I about lost my mind over the hours on hold and every different answer as to what what to do and in the end blamed us. ASTONISHING TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE ON-BOARD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN NORTH AMERICA 2019...HORSE PUCKY!!!

Desventajas: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Ventajas: my flight got cancelled twice and they were not really helpful

Ventajas: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Desventajas: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Ventajas: Arrived early, nice bus. Class lounges

Desventajas: Friendly flight attendants, more comfort . Better food. Faster service

Desventajas: The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. ABSURD

Desventajas: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Desventajas: Not being able to choose my seat on a 500€ return flight is a joke.

Ventajas: Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!

Desventajas: Everything. They need an entirely new flight crew, new food service, new gate attendants, new baggage check, new ground crew. Just a joke.

Ventajas: They were hospitable, cordial and always with a smile. The fact they provided a full meal on board was surprising to me, after flying with several carriers I didn't expect it. Keep up the great work!

Ventajas: I loved how the entertainment was complimentary and there was a wide selection of movies, TV shows and music. I’m used to having one or maybe two movies to choose from but TAP has an entire movie library on the back of each seat. I watched 3 new releases on my 7.5 hour flight. The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!

Desventajas: The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding.

Ventajas: The movie selection was good.

Desventajas: Food was pretty bad, the flight attendant was unfriendly, which is unlike any Portuguese we have met in our trip, maybe she was just having a bad day.

Desventajas: The seats were uncomfortable on this full flight, the food was average.

Desventajas: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Desventajas: I needed wheelchair assistance due to a back injury. The person that picked me up at the aircraft from London was terrific, l was taken to the terminal and told that another team member would take me to the aircraft. No one showed up until the aircraft was fully boarded, then he left me at the beginning of the ramp instead of wheeling me to the aircraft. I was very disappointed! I was so disappointed I didn’t wait for a pickup at the airport in Amsterdam. I regret it, because I’m in so much pain!

Desventajas: We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport.

Ventajas: Empty middle seat so more room.

Desventajas: AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report.

Desventajas: The flight itself was great but it was very late in starting due to technical problems with the aircraft.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Ventajas: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

Ventajas: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Desventajas: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Ventajas: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Ventajas: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Ventajas: The flight was posted delayed on Fri then back on time on Sat so I rushed to the airport Sat only to have it delayed not only once but twice! That’s crappy service for an expensive flight! Very disappointing-

Desventajas: Also I changed flights because my husband needed surgery and had to cancel, cost an extra $176 , Southwest changes for free...

Desventajas: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.
