Desventajas: "When boarding in Asheville. Flight crew had no control. Everyone bumrushed counter. No control of boarding. Adults boarding before parents with children. People boarding priority when they are not."
Ventajas: "No leg room & very misbehaved children sitting behind me. The children screamed the whole time, kicked our seats, and the mother had no control. If you are any taller than 5’9”, you may want to consider an exit row seat to have room for your legs. My knees were jammed in to the seat in front of me."

Desventajas: "7.5HR DELAY. LOST A DAY. ARRIVING AT 3AM VS 6:30PM TECH ISSUES NOT ALLOWING CHECKIN ONLINE POORLY TRAINED STAFF AND SUPERIORS AT CHECKIN ONE HR ON TARMAC AS PER HEADCOUNT ISSUE WHEREBY, TWICE ASKED ON PLANE WHO I WAS. EMBARASSING. RUINED MY VACA WITH MY HUSBAND SANS KIDS:-(((((("
Ventajas: "Crew likes to have fun with their passengers -- making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. It's a budget airline so you have to pay for things like refreshments and snacks (also, carryons and if you want you boarding pass printed at the airport) -- but don't let that sway you! All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."

Desventajas: "parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."

Ventajas: "I’m 5’10- tall for a woman but average height I’d say overall. I was so cramped in that seat that next time I will choose another airline to get more rom."

Ventajas: "I chose this flight knowing it was gonna be a little cramped and no snacks. But I loved the price, so I booked it. The unexpected bonus was the crew. They were down to earth and funny."

Ventajas: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."

Ventajas: "We were supposed to have boarded for 5:00, flight was at 6pm. They were missing 1 crew member and could board the plane. She showed up, then they made a announcement that the Oakland flight will be delayed till 8:10 takeoff. I was able to get on a flight to Stockton Airport without problem. They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."
