Desventajas: "The seats are not very comfortable, very hard and textured seats that just don’t feel nice at all especially on a long flight. I weight about 11 stone (154 pounds) and even I felt like I was taking up a lot of room in my seat."

Ventajas: "The flight crew from the mel to lax route were excellent. One was especially attentive to my 2 toddlers and gave me a bit of a break, something that has NEVER happened in over 40 flights traveling with children."
Desventajas: "I think something was broken in our section (mel to lax) as it was uncomfortably hot and the flight crew tried to get it cooler but could not. I’ve never experienced a flight that was too hot, usually the opposite. It was stifling."

We were checking in with our infant daughter and it took 50 minutes to check in with a senior person helping the check in person and phone calls to their technical assistance. We were told an infant is difficult in their system, and our dual national daughter was another layer of complication."

Ventajas: "The crew was friendly and professional, the food was good and offered frequently due to the long flight time (10.5 hours). The plane was comfortable even though nearly full. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely fly with Virgin Atlantic again."

Desventajas: "During my flight from LAX to LHR I requested (pre-booked) a special meal (Asian Vegetarian). During the flight I was told there was no such request in their records and therefore I had to stay hungry for the entire duration of the flight. During my return flight from LHR to LAX the in flight entertainment system for my seat was not functional. I requested it to be reset several times and in spite of the hostess resetting it several times, it did not function. I had to stay without an entertainment system during the entire flight. This was my first time travel with Virgin Atlantic. I may never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

Ventajas: "Leg room in economy was good. Staff very professional and made a long flight bearable."
Desventajas: "At check in the name on my reservation read Ron, not Ronald which is on my passport. The second agent I was referred to was unpleasant and charging $100. Had same problem out of Seoul but there was no charge for the ticket change. My interaction with the second agent left a very bad taste in my mouth."

Ventajas: "I wish I knew the name of the crew on this flight so that credit is given where it's due. A female steward was incredibly kind to me. She allowed me space to cry in the back of the aircraft, and also gave me her personal tissues. Her care is the only reason I'd give this flight an 'okay.'"
Desventajas: "Unlike the incredibly kind woman, another woman on the crew was incredibly rude to me and to other passengers on the plane. She was very obviously annoyed with nearly everything on that flight. The restrooms were beyond disgusting. I have never flown on a flight with a restroom that awful; it smelled horrible and was filthy. It was reminiscent of a portable outhouse, no exaggeration. The pillow on my seat had makeup on it."

Desventajas: "The floor at our feet had been spilled on during a previous flight and not cleaned. Bag was lost and not returned for 5 days. Crew during flight was flippant and disinterested in service...unless you were Economy+."

Think you have names backwards on survey."

Desventajas: "You lost our luggage. We were able to pick up our luggage after the Sydney flight, but they never made it to Minneapolis. What I don't understand is why we were not able to get boarding passes and seat assignments when we did our check-in in Sydney? Why is that so hard? Also, when we were getting our boarding pass in LAX it was so confusing when it asked for checked bags. Our bags were already on a belt going to who knows where - were we supposed to check "yes"? If we had a boarding pass this would not have been an issue."

Ventajas: "Superior comfort, class, and style. The crew was friendly and accommodating, the pilots kept you up to date with flight info and departure/arrival time (and kept the seat belt light off almost the entire trip), the food was delicious and offered throughout, and the entertainment was top notch. Seats were comfortable (we had bulkhead row Space+ and they were worth every cent for the international long haul from LAX-BNE and SYD-LAX) and everyone got a pillow/blanket. We got premium noise-canceling headsets, water, and a little care kit including an eye mask and earplugs and a pen to fill out your travel documents. The overhead bin space was huge and we got two free checked bags of luggage up to 50lbs each (I don't know of that's standard or not, or if it came with Space+ seats). SERIOUSLY the best airline."

Ventajas: "En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Ventajas: "El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa."
Desventajas: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Desventajas: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Ventajas: "Fue un vuelo cómodo y muy sencillo de realizar."
Desventajas: "Estuvo demorado casi 40 minutos y al momento de recoger equipaje también se demoró 25 minutos en comenzar a entregar maletas."

Ventajas: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Desventajas: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Desventajas: "Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Ventajas: "short, sweet and to the point. 1+ hour flight is usually an easy hop."

Desventajas: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Desventajas: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Desventajas: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Desventajas: "Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France"

Desventajas: "Llevabamos libres los 3 asientos de delante, se cambio un adolescente al que la tripulación trataba como un rey, perjudicandonos ya que levantaron los reposabrazos de los asientos para que fuera tumbado impidiendonos a nosotros la ya dificil movilidad durante el vuelo de mas 11 horas."

Desventajas: "El personal de Air France para la fila antes de Revisión de visado es elitista, grosero y discriminatorio. Se burlan y hablan en francés creyendo que los turistas no entendemos. Me siento muy decepcionada de la atención. Pesaron mi bolso de mano de manera aleatoria y me cobraron 100 euros por 3 kg."

Desventajas: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

Desventajas: "Tanto a la ida como al regreso ese tramo fue con AirEuropa y el personal en aeropuerto no tienen la amabilidad correspondiente. En la idea me tocó problemas con uno de ellos y en el regreso vi que otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo. Ni siquiera muestran sus nombres."

Desventajas: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"
