En ese vuelo no tenían para ver películas. Solo con los dispositivos y te cobran el WiFi. Si el vuelo dura casi 5 horas deben enviar aviones con pantallas para el entrenamiento. Esos aviones que no tienen pantallas debe ser para vuelos más cortos.

If the passengers in front of you decided to put their seats back? You’ve lost even more space and feel closed in. Thankfully the aisle seat next to us was empty so we tried to stretch out a little bit without spilling into the seat entirely. Entertainment was eh. Two movies from the early 2000s (Alvin & the Chipmunks and What happens in Vegas) and an episode of Tom & Jerry and an episode of Modern Family but from Season 5? Not great if you’ve never watched the series.. About their hospitality... My boyfriend and I were completely disregarded and ignored by a stewardess with blonde hair and thick black glasses... Flight: DE2102 that left September 8th from Frankfurt to San Juan. We received our meals from her AFTER she handed meals to the people behind us - this was not the case for other passengers that spoke German, everyone’s meals up until ours was handed in order.. When it was time to pick up the trays she skipped us both times (with our trays ready in our hands to hand to her) - I watched her pick up the trays from the passengers before and after us. My boyfriend did say “Excuse me” but she ignored him - she probably would’ve paid attention if he asked in German.. She even looked at us as she passed by which blew my mind. Her coworker on the other side had to pick up her slack and was very kind enough to pick up our trays even though we weren’t his assigned aisle. It confused me because she was so pleasant with the German passengers but ignored us even when we made eye contact and smile for her attention.. I hate to say this because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but to be honest I felt discriminated.. My boyfriend is German (speaks fluent German and English) but I felt because of my ethnicity (Asian) he had to suffer for that.. I felt terrible that he was suffering because of me. No one wants that for their significant other or anyone. Another occasion was when another stewardess was handing us our drinks. My boyfriend’s cup was broken and as she passed it over me it spilled all over my shirt. I did gasp from surprise. No apologies whatsoever.. She seemed impatient and grabbed the cup back over only to put another cup under it. I asked for a Sprite but they only had Cola or Fanta so I was totally okay with Cola “Cola bitte”. My German isn’t that great but I did hear her coworker ask why I gasped and she told her that it was because I was surprised they didn’t have Sprite - very untrue. I was shocked and I couldn’t respond. I have never been so disappointed in a flight and the hospitality. I am very forgiving if an incident happens once or twice, but when I see it happen in front of me over and over and over again? That’s where my tolerance unfortunately crumbles. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the flight. I hope I never fly Condor again."
Ventajas: "The direct flight from PHX to FRA"
Desventajas: "pretty much everything about this experience. To start, the agents and online chat customer service were extremely rude and unhelpful, even after calling several times and waiting up to an hour on hold. At one point i expressed my frustration and answer i got was "I'm sorry you feel that way". No sympathy what so ever. On the flight -the seats were horrible and food was disgusting."
Ventajas: "Flight delayed both to and from, Lost baggage both ways. Still have not received my bag. Would never fly them again."
Ventajas: "Flight attendants were great. They were helpful"
Desventajas: "Customer service was poor at best and the boarding process is a circus show. By far one of the worst I've ever experienced. The seats are unbelievably uncomfortable and have no leg room We purchased specific seats and got other seats. Why the heck purchase seats?"
Ventajas: "Crew was nice, food was fine, got to watch a couple recently released movies, which was free for me."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. I was initially put on stand-by even though I bought ticket 2 months ago. I don't travel much but apparently you check in online 24h prior. Never had to do this before."
Ventajas: "We arrived safely."
Desventajas: "This cheap airline packs in the passengers like sardines, then randomly charges them for the weight of their carryon luggage; the staff are rude; the boarding process was completely bungled; and for any good food or entertainment the passengers are again charged extra. I am never flying with Condor again!"
Ventajas: "Knowing they were going to miss my connection, they accepted the booking anyway, out of pure greed and complete disregard for my wellbeing. When I missed my connection in FRA they rebooked me on FRA-YVR-YYZ. That’s a day in a hotel then flying half way around the world to save them a buck. Terrible airline and I’ll never fly them again."
Ventajas: "The flight crew was great, and the aircraft was very nice and clean."
Desventajas: "I showed up to the airport 2+ hours early, I tried to check in online, was given a error the said my reservation didn’t exist. When I arrived at the airport I went to the check in counter, when I told them I was checking for a flight to Seattle, i was told that I couldn’t check in because there was a issue with my flight. I was directed to a corner of the terminal. This corner had no chairs or seats for us, we sat there for 2+ hours all the way up to the time our flight was intended to depart. All the while we tried to get information or what was the issue, but we were just stonewalled. Finally past our boarding time were were told the flight was being canceled, and to standby for more information. Another half an hour went by before they told us they were getting us a hotel, and buses to the hotel. So then we waited another 15 minutes or so when they asked us if we had checked in because we needed a ticked to get a room at the hotel. Again we waited in line for 20+ minutes to check in. I had 2 bags to check, one I need at the hotel, the other I did not. They let me check the one bag I could, told me to check the other at the business class check in in the morning to avoid the line, sounds good, or so I thought. So condor gathers us all up, an entire 767 worth of people, and begins hearding us to the buses, they don’t tell us where we’re going, just to follow the one employee, to the 5 or so buses. A large group of us got split off at a set stairs, helping older folks and family with strollers get down the stairs. Now I spent 30 minutes wandering around Frankfurt am main looking for buses. Well they don’t park them out front, they park them out in the middle of nowhere. Finally get to get hotel, it’s a nice hotel. The next morning the lady at the business class desk was extremely rude."
Desventajas: "Getting off the plain in Dominican Republic and having to pass through migration control there!!"
Ventajas: "Crew attentive"
Desventajas: "Food, seats, crew reating station, toiletts"
Ventajas: "I can't say much of any part of the trip was good but I'm glad the flight is over with."
Desventajas: "Bad parts: The tightness of the seat area between the arm rests is too constrictive. Passenger to my side overlapped my arm for extra room. Leg room is too close and could not stretch legs under seat without knees bumping seat ahead. The passenger ahead tilting seat back when food was served pushed my food tray into my lap. International flights should include entertainment movies at no additional fee."
Desventajas: "Perdieron mi maleta, en la conexión de Frankfurt a Cancun, y llego después de 5 días, toda golpeada y rota. Que clase de servicio es ese?"
Ventajas: "Ofrecieron un vuelo de reemplazo, 8 euros para la cafeteria y fueron muy atentos para solucionar el problema"
Desventajas: "El vuelo tenia overbooking y no pude embarcar. La propuesta de vuelo nueva supone el doble de tiempo viajando mas un retraso de 7h con respecto a la hora original, ademas de haber tenido que volver a comprar billetes de yren en el destino"
Desventajas: "I did not like that my flight with Air Dolomiti did not leave on time."
Ventajas: "Bypassing Athens was great but the very very early, extremely early departure was not good."
Desventajas: "Low cost and not going through Athens. Also we flew condor from Seattle. We should have been able to check our bags all the way through to Samos"
Desventajas: "U have to pay your entertainment and my knees where against the front chair to small"
Ventajas: "The crew was excellent."
Desventajas: "First the ground staff didn't allow people with disabilities to pre-board, Second, the seats were so crammed together, like I've never seen on an international flight, third the entertainment options were pathetic and alcohol wasn't free. I've paid less for tickets and gotten way more. But what was truly appalling was the fact that I asked the airport staff for a wheelchair and they wouldn't give it to me, I could barely walk and they ignored my request in Frankfurt."
Ventajas: "Crew was friendly."
Desventajas: "Seats were so crowded. I am only 5 9 1/2 feet tall, but my knees touched the seat in front of me! Also - why not provide more movies? Other international flights always provide more entertainment. Plus, one shouldn't have to pay to choose vegetarian food."
Desventajas: "Premium entertainment???"
Ventajas: "The crew was very nice. Meals were provided. the tablet set up so that we could watch movies, TV, our location during the flight or listen to music. Flight was on time."
Desventajas: "No leg room. The person in front of me reclined their seat and there was barely room for a coffee cup on the table. My husband, who is not a particularly tall person had his knees against the seat in the front. Frankfurt is an odd airport. I lost track of all the lines that we stood in. Had to pay for more selection on movies and TV."
Desventajas: "The plane was older, seats less comfortable, and there was extremely limited entertainment for a 11 hr flight (only 2 free movies, the rest you must pay 8 Euro for access). The food was poor, no protein for the main meal and the second meal was served cold. I will never fly with Condor again, and will not recommend them to friends and family."
Ventajas: "Quick loading, great service, nice seats (in Bus at least)"
Ventajas: "Got Two seats to myself"
Desventajas: "Pay for movies and entertainment"
Ventajas: "Nice Crew"
Desventajas: "Discount airline that doesn't hide it. If you don't upgrade to premium or business class you have to pay for movies (absurd for a 11+ hr flight) and even then selection is pretty limited. No alcohol included with coach seats, credit card machine was down so any extra items you wanted to purchase had to be made with cash. Seats had little to no legroom, at 6'1" my knees were pressed up against the seat in front of me the entire time and the seat was very stiff."
Desventajas: "I'm not a tall person, and I did not have enough room for my legs in economy. Knees hit the chair in front of me"
Ventajas: "Snacks were tight, and appreciated the free Bailey's. But I would need way more Bailey's to fall asleep comfortably in that plane."
Desventajas: "Leg room. On a nine hour flight. Overnight. I maybe slept for an hour."
Desventajas: "Good"
Ventajas: "the crew was great,, did all they could do to make a long flight enjoyable"
Desventajas: "the gate for condor was in an isolated area of the airport, no restaurants, no shopping, inadequate restrooms and them stuck in a room with 2 vending machines for hours when flight was delayed"
Ventajas: "Crew were all super polite and friendly"
Ventajas: "Customer service was great. The flight was pleasant and inexpensive."
Desventajas: "If I had to say something negative, I would say I didn't like that much of the information was in German, although it was a German airline."
Ventajas: "La comida fue buena."
Desventajas: "Cobran por algunas cosas. Pedí prestada una pluma y no me la quisieron prestar."
Ventajas: "Water was free. And 2 meals - no, based on portion size, I guess those were snacks. Everything else cost extra."
Desventajas: "Tightest passenger seating I have experienced in over 60 years of flying and the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE seat. I am just 6' and my knees pressed agsinst the seatback in the upright position. Firmly. First time ever I couldn't sleep. Accoustics meant the talking of a passenger across the aisle and against the window sounded like he was in my lap! HORRIBLE design. A ceiling panel came loose and swung down in flight (lights attached). Nobody knew how to fix it so the entire wait crew just stood and stared at it for 10 minutes until one woman swung it back into place. AWFUL training."
Ventajas: "Good Flight ,Crew was nice, Flight on time"
Desventajas: "Food was not very good What I really did not Ike was that we got served soon after take off and then not again until 11/2 before we landed in Las Vegas and that Food was awful .The Movies are a Joke on such a long Flight come on Condor you can do better than that.Sorry Condor I took you before and that was the worst so far."
Desventajas: "Very disappointed I show up at otopeni airport and they told me they overbooked the flight I was so upset because I had to be on time in New York for my job I was looking forward for my first time flying with Austrian airlines ,then they found something with tarom Romania which was horrible .."
Ventajas: "I like the entertainment system, they have two free movies on economy class . For 8 euros you can access the entire repertoire. The food was ok, nothing spectacular."
Desventajas: "The seats in economy don't have a lot of space, this can make long haul flights very uncomfortable. The boarding from Frankfurt to San Juan had no order whatsoever."
Ventajas: "Thanks kayak for running updates!! Flights on time and crew friendly. Good meals!!!"
Ventajas: "Nothing!!!!"
Desventajas: "This was my first time flying this forsaken airline. Little did i knew this is the European version of Spirit Airlines!! All i can say only 1 person was nice to us everyone else were rude and obnoxious and worst racist!!"
Ventajas: "Aircraft was ok. Clean."
Desventajas: "Staff was very rude. Food was not very good. Also drinks were only available with meals. Not much room to walk or stand to stretch your legs."
