There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Desventajas: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."

Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Desventajas: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Desventajas: "It takes them quite a bit to deliver all meals, but because there were few cabin crew members. They do a great effort and do it really well."

I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection."

Ventajas: "-maintenance had to fix an issue that the team was not transparent about for 2.5 hours. 0at least boarding happened swiftly -the male crew member was GREAT but the female crew members two of them were very short, rude, and not there to bring comfort to customers -chicken meal was tasty, but made both me and my father sick. Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work."

Ventajas: "I never try Austrian airlines because this trip was my first trip with them and I'll say that it's one of the best trips I ever had the airport at Vienna it's very small and easy to go anywhere you want and it's super clean and the stuff at the airport are very helpful and they all speak English and I was able to get a hotel room with walking destination from the airport and it was a very good experience overall I'll definitely recommend to anyone and I'll definitely keep them on my top list"

Ventajas: "El muchacho se nos hizo el checking fue sumamente amable."

Desventajas: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

Desventajas: "We landed so close to our boarding time, by the time i got through everything, i was notified that i had to go to gate 11 for a special security check...it was stressful since my flight was boarding...i found it really frustrating . Ultimately the plane waited and it worked out, but the process was long and VERY stressful."

Desventajas: "Crew wasn't very helpful and didn't ensure my stroller was delivered at the aircraft exit Had trouble closing my suitcase into the overhead compartment and called for assistance, to which i got reprimanded for opening it in the first place Requested coffee because i couldn't get it myself, being with a sleeping toddler, to which i got a horrible answer: the flight attendant told me i had to get it myself in the kitchenette"

Desventajas: "Waited longer to start boarding the plane than the flight took. There are 2 gates in Lugano "airport" and no plane or flight at the other gate. Shouldn't be this difficult. The inflight crew was nice and attentive for the little time we saw them but the ground crew never ev n bothered to make an announcement. Just had us sitting there like a heard of cattle."

Desventajas: "We booked Austrian Airlines to Kosice for 6 to play a concert for 3,000 on Thursday night. 4 of our group arrived from ZRH; 2 from LHR. LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

Ventajas: "The plane was clean, fresh looking. Flight attendants were helpful and courteous."
Desventajas: "Check in at Vienna airport was awful! Chaotic, no help! Kiosk software was horrible. Touch screens didn't work. No back button so, if you made a mistake you had to start from the beginning. Passport reader was not working properly. Machines were slow and delayed in responding. Not enough staff available for assistance. Arrival at LAX was even worse. Plane had to taxi for 30 minutes all about the airport runways. Finally got to a gate -almost on the beach! Then had to bus everyone to main terminal. Slow in getting bags to the passenger pickup. It took us 2 hours post touchdown to get out of the airport! Almost missed the airport shuttle,"

Ventajas: "Our seats 35 A & C were comfortable as they were to the back of the plane where it narrows to two seats per side row. Seemed like extra leg room. Crew was very friendly and helpful. Flight was smooth and uneventful. Good movie choices. Bathroom was clean and nearby. Plane seemed newer Boeing model. The City Airport Transport (CAT) train from the Vienna airport to city center was fantastic. We were able to check our luggage and get boarding passes where we boarded the CAT at the metro station and did not have to wait in line at the airport...wonderful system!"
Desventajas: "At the gate there was a line formed for a second passport check but it was not clear to passengers that they needed to go through this line. A significant number of us had SSSS on our boarding passes which required us to go through a second, more thorough, TSA security procedure. We had to remove shoes, take electronics including phones from cases, have purse contents gone through by personnel, be screened for residue, etc. Due to this process and the fact that we were not advised to stand in the line, a number of passengers went through the second security check at the last minute which caused our takeoff to be delayed. The pilot made up the time during the flight. I ordered low sodium meal which ended up to be the same food at both meals which was a disappointment - pasta with tomato, eggplant sauce."

Desventajas: "We paid to pre-book our seats and when we got on the plane they had been given away. We heard several different reasons, none of which made is feel better about the two middle seats we were told we had no choice but to take, while people who had NOT prepaid sat in our aisle seat. It was offensive to be forced to pay to select our seats in advance on a major international airline in the first place, and then to not have those honored just made it worse."

Desventajas: "Flight from Budapest to Vienna was too hot and the AC was not working properly."

Ventajas: "The plane was comfortable even in economy. The crew were helpful and professional. Good food."
Desventajas: "We were boarded and then told we had to sit on the plane for 45 minutes before take off. It's possible this way beyond the crew's control, but still would've been better to wait in the airport. Also, the movie selection was smallish compared to some other airlines."
