I asked them if I was in the right place for my connecting flight and all they said was come back in 1 hour. I came back 1 hour later and asked if I'm still in the right place sand when my flight would be boarding. They again said come back in 1 hour. This went on for 7 hours and they never made Amy announcements to inform anyone of when the flights would finally board."

Ventajas: "Boarded on time and quickly. Smooth ride made me fall asleep for most of the flight almost the second I sat down (I had been out the night before so that probably also explains it). They left a note saying I was sleeping when they gave out meals and offered it to me even though we were about to descend. I didn't eat the food, nor did I use the in-flight entertainment, so I can't attest to the quality in those regards."

Desventajas: "My ticket did not have the boarding gate number and information send me to the wrong gate and I missed my flight, I had to wait for another 10 hours for the next flight and I was told that I must pay $120, after long negociation, staff waived the fees but I had to wait for more than 10 hours at airport and missing my flight and everything connected to it."

Desventajas: "It was HOT. We and other passengers told the flight attendants about the heat but nothing really changed. The air circulation was poor and people were sweating on the plane. Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been. I thought it was a one time issue but it was also hot on the flight back as well."

Ventajas: "Hawaiian is the last domestic airline to prove complimentary meals on its flights. This alone makes it a fantastic airline."

Desventajas: "Late departure (over an hour). Seat lumpy and tray tables loose and rickety. Monitor wasn't very good at all."

Ventajas: "Very standard flight overall, but was mostly impressed with how hard they worked to get me a veggie meal when it was not in the system. The staff was super accomodating and very friendly. I had read a lot of things about them losing bags, so I was nervous. Mine came through very quickly from Hong Kong to Tokyo, and I had a stop in between."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed and it was not mentioned until past boarding time."
Ventajas: "Great service and food."
Desventajas: "30min Delay boarding and 30min delay on take-off."
Desventajas: "Good"
Desventajas: "flight attendant don't speak english clearly!"
Ventajas: "Though the boarding process for this flight had the passengers take a shuttle to board the plane, I actually preferred this, because it seemed that the process was more efficient. The crew was quick to get everyone settled and our flight departed within just a couple of minutes from the original departure time. Seemed as though it was way faster than the normal gate departures of most flights I've been on."

Ventajas: "Flight was not full. Airlines assigned seats pretty spread out from one another; gave you more space. Good meals and service."
Desventajas: "Nothing that wasn't out of anyone's control."
Desventajas: "I took four flights total to Bali and back ever single flight was delayed in boarding..."
Desventajas: "They waited for another flight to come in I think because they could not sell enough seats so they doubled up one of their flights and made us wait for 12 hours very sad miss my connecting flight and further flights and friends at destination turned into a horrible experience but on my way home now hopefully it won't be so bad going hole"
Ventajas: "super professional and efficient throughout. great airport experience on transfer in Taipei"
Ventajas: "Flight attendants were organized and professional. English was mediocre at best."
Desventajas: "Seats are very uncomfortable. No padding in the bottom cushion."

Ventajas: "I very much enjoyed the flight! The airline staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were kind and went out of their way to offer water bottle refills; a huge plus on such a long flight! The meal I requested was vegan and good. There were no loud announcements, bright lights or interruptions for many hours during the flight: very relaxing for sleeping and reading. I will absolutely be flying with them again."
Desventajas: "The seats were not 'incredibly' comfortable, I'm a smallish woman and felt a little cramped, but overall it was pleasant. Just bring a puffy jacket or back pillow. I wish the juice and beverage selection were more varied (healthy options) and that they used more sustainable and environmentally friendly practices❗️My food came with a single-serving water cup that I requested they keep though I think even unused it was thrown away..."

Desventajas: "Las películas están en chino e inglés. Algunos en francés, Italiano o Alemán. Con la cantidad de castellano parlantes que hay en el mundo no entiendo que no haya películas en castellano."
Ventajas: "The crew on ground and inflight all display the same attention to details professionalism and courtesy. Inflight food is the best, truly first rate."

Desventajas: "My baggage have a lock but When i check in in honolulu my bag they dont have allowed my lock! He said its better no lock"

Ventajas: "I got 2 great meals on the flight there, the crew were all extremely helpful, and I got there right on time. It was better than most or all of the Delta flights that I've been on"

Desventajas: "rude passenger who refused to put down his arm rest in between us. the food was really bad. our seats got switch after airport check in."

Desventajas: "The crew had the same problem as from LAX to TPE. A guy kept talking loud and the entire flight could hear him."
Ventajas: "I have flown many airlines including China Air. I travel about 4 time a year. This flight from Honolulu to Tokyo was exceptional and the crew was amazing. They were very nice and sweet to all the passengers around me."
Ventajas: "Space was good. Seats were just right space from one another"

Desventajas: "Seats are very uncomfortable. Don't reach all the way to the knee, so it's painful on the thighs. Food was a little stale."
Ventajas: "Loved China Airlines. The crew was super nice and helpful. They always had a smile and cup of tea or coffee ready every time they came around. The free movie selection was great and will definately fly with them again."
Ventajas: "Food was very good, great movie selection, and the seats were comfortable. It is was new plane and that makes a big difference, but the staff was also very nice and helpful."
Desventajas: "Boarding procedures seemed disorganised and confusing at best. That was a little frustrating, but a minor thing really"
Ventajas: "The food was pretty good , I sat in premium economy, a far better enjoyable ride to regular economy so paying the a few extra hundred bucks help make a long flight tolerable. Oh yea the plane was nice it was the Airbus 300-777 I believe, also this was my first time flying with China Airline and overall it was a good experience ."
Desventajas: "The stewardess' could of been a bit nicer and a little more attentive . They were just a few screws shy of being robots not the whole crew but most of them from what I've seen. If you didn't speak chinese it was hard to understand the announcements over the intercom from most of the crew in english, but hey what do you expect it's a chinese airliner. Other than that it was a decent ride."

Desventajas: "The flavor of the food was not the best vs. my trip going to Taipei. I had the chicken noodles for breakfast and it was very bland."
Desventajas: "Delayed"
Ventajas: "The plane was by far the nicest I have ever been on. I was in row 55 and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort level in the back of the plane. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely fly China Air again."
