Ventajas: "I fly frequently and this is the first time I've travelled with West Jet. The big difference was the staff. Unlikely many airlines the West Jet crew - in flight and the ground crew - were all very friendly, helpful and actually seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I called West Jet prior to checking in on-line and my call was answered within a minute by a real human who was so helpful. That's the polar opposite of so many airlines like Air Canada."

The flight attendant reset the satellite TV's on the whole aircraft, and mine began to work for about 15 mins. Then it stopped again. Very disappointing to be without wifi AND Tv. Esp since I read thru all my reading material on the way to Toronto."
Ventajas: "I really liked the service with West Jet. The people were so friendly and helpful, and that was huge since we were not as familiar with Canadian procedures. After we got on board the flight, I do not remember much since I literally got on the plane and went to sleep. But I was comfortable enough to sleep!"

Wearing masks should be enforced in the lounge. There were a few patrons who just weren't wearing them even though it's mandatory in public places in Trinidad and Tobago. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Desventajas: "From the time I was checking in and was told that my bags weren't paid for on this flight but will be paid for on my flight back....I knew it was going to be an eventful flight. No surprise when told the flight was delayed by an hour and a half. Gate change was inevitable....to the other side of the airport. Boarding was later than anticipated. Some crew members seemed to be sonewhat rude when talking to passengers.....and then again some were very helpful. The flight was smooth!!"

Desventajas: "Would have preferred a movie!"
Desventajas: "Seats are hard and uncomfortable Food is blah, staff are fine, TV screens are small and hard to see (didn't watch movie, but glanced up occasionally) Seats are hard and uncomfortable making the whole experience miserable."
Ventajas: "I had an entire row to myself. I'm 5'10, so imagine how happy I was."
Desventajas: "When I arrived to Piarco International Airport to collect my baggage, the zipper on my suitcase was missing. There were also items missing from my suitcase. This issue has yet to be resolved by Caribbean Airlines. Needless to say, I won't be flying with them anymore."
Desventajas: "Airplane's overall conditions were mediocre. Toilets were extremely dirty. Seats were quite uncomfortable. Even the first class section wasn't worth the upgrade. Was unable to book vegetarian option for food. Can't imagine why they assume everyone eats chicken. I'd think twice before flying Caribbean."

Ventajas: "It was spacious and we got hot meals on both legs of our round-trip flight."

Desventajas: "The seat next to me looked like it was falling off. So was the magazine compartment. We had a long flight and there were no reading materials to purchase at the airport so we were really looking forward to watching a movie and were so disappointed to find that you couldn't see anything but shapes moving on the screens in front of us. im not sure why you would even offer a movie if half of the people on the plane can't even see the screens."
Ventajas: "I loved breakfast, boarding was quick and smooth, and the staff was friendly."
Desventajas: "The movie playing on my flight as boring. offering more inflight entertainment services would be valuable."
Desventajas: "Flight was 2 hours late! The food was just awful. Tasted like leftovers."

Ventajas: "The fact that I did not have to disembark in Trinidad was.the highlight of the trip. The flight attendants on both legs of the journey were very courteous and attentive. Comments from the captain in the cockpit were also pleasant and informative. Carribean Airline is improving in my estimation, especially in their treatment of Guyanese passengers. Thanks a bunch!"

Desventajas: "Having us sit on the runway in August in Florida without the air conditioner on...That was very uncomfortable.."
Ventajas: "The crew was awesome, very friendly and professional I cannot say anything bad about them!"
Desventajas: "The plane was filthy! The pocket in front of me where the magazines r kept was clearly dirty. It was as if drinks had been spilled in them years ago and then the dirt built up on the sticky substance left by the drink and no one thought about cleaning it. The bathroom smelled RENK!! It's like no one cleaned it either! The renking scent greeted u as soon as u opened the door to enter."

Desventajas: "On arriving at the check in at orlando, there was a sea of humanity and no one telling which line was for the various destinations. On the return from kingston they had me send in my checkef luggage then asked me to weigh my take on luggage. Fortunately I was within regulation but if i needed to redistribute my things should I throw stuff away because my valuables were in my hand luggage."

Ventajas: "Everything was absolutely perfect they leave early .on coming back we arrived early also the crew was friendly l would fly with them again and again thanks carribean air lines"

Ventajas: "The people who work are super nice... Super welcoming and she actually rememberd me from my first flight!!! By the way try the pineapple and guava juice is the best!!! Thanks Caribbean airlines my trip to Jamica was great!"

Desventajas: "They showed movie, however it didn't work. The sound was horrible and the headphone didn't sit well in the socket."
