I asked them if I was in the right place for my connecting flight and all they said was come back in 1 hour. I came back 1 hour later and asked if I'm still in the right place sand when my flight would be boarding. They again said come back in 1 hour. This went on for 7 hours and they never made Amy announcements to inform anyone of when the flights would finally board."

Desventajas: "We boarded the airplane and took us 2.5 hrs to take off...the kept saying oh 15min longer, then 20min...ect...for the entire time...waiting for “documents” then refueling the plane which they couldve been doing before we boarded and while we were waiting for so, called documents..."

Ventajas: "There was enough leg space even though we were couch and the flight attendants were nice. They also fed us regularly and gave out snacks and drinks so this made the 15 hours plane ride more pleasant."
Desventajas: "It was HOT. We and other passengers told the flight attendants about the heat but nothing really changed. The air circulation was poor and people were sweating on the plane. Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been. I thought it was a one time issue but it was also hot on the flight back as well."
Ventajas: "Punctual, decent leg room. Food is not typical dishes, creative for an airline and actually tasty."
Desventajas: "The web/mobile check in is convenient. Although morning flights have a long bag drop line. Many arrive before before the counter is open. Bag drop counter should open earlier. If people arrive 2hours early, then bag drop opens 3hrs earlier than the first flight of the day."
Ventajas: "The service offered was different than my trip to INC from Kona. Which I would rate excellent service. But coming back the crew made it feel inconvenient. I had to wake for others to eat. I was very tired and just wanted to sleep."
Desventajas: "I had to wake up so person behind me could eat."
Ventajas: "Good accommodations were nice. I received a sleeping mask on my first leg without asking."
Desventajas: "Little did I know there was a cat on the flight and my allergies started acting up. If I had known there was an animal on the plane, I would have taken some allergy medication."
Ventajas: "Ground staff at JFK did a great job changing my seat assignment - that was really appreciated."
Ventajas: "Great service, kind service, food was better than expected, and they allowed you to stand in the back to stretch your legs. This was helpful for the 13 hour flight to not be trapped sitting!"

Ventajas: "The plane was delayed but we appreciated Korean Airlines having staff waiting for all passengers that needed to catch their next flight. They helped us navigate through the airport to our connecting flight and sped us through security so we did not have to wait in line behind passengers that were not in a rush."

Desventajas: "We have a 4 month old and we were the first ones to check in but all bassinet seats were booked. No one was even using them for bassinets. Not sure if they paid extra for those seats to have leg room but we had to hold the baby for 15 hours. They couldn’t do anything for us."

Ventajas: "It saves so much time getting to Toowoomba. The flight crew are friendly and you get a complimentary snack pack and drinks - unlike so many domestic flights these days. It's rarely full so you can normally get a row to yourself if traveling alone."
Desventajas: "The seats aren't the most comfortable - but no airline really is. It's a small plane so it is extra noisy. If you have noise cancelling headphones, wear them! It will make such a difference."
Ventajas: "I enjoyed Honolulu to Shanghai journey meal was provided as expected vegetarian meal (on request) really appreciate your service, hope I will receive the same on my upcoming return trip to Honolulu."

Desventajas: "They make you take off your headphones and secure all electronic devices before taking off and landing. Even if you are using the headphones for noise reduction they make you take them off until the plane is in the air for 15 minutes. Cellphones in airplane mode cannot be used during the flight at all. Entertainment was lacking tremendously!"

Jamás en mi vida, en ninguna clase o compañía me ofrecieron una comida fan asquerosa. Llevar lonchera!"

Desventajas: "My flight from Densapar was 6 hours late. When we tried to get on the next flight to LAX we found that we had been booked for a later flight to LAX without our knowledge. Additionally when we tried to ask the boarding agent for help, she stopped speaking to us and we were forced to find another person for help."
Ventajas: "Cute movie but extended beyond flight time, better to choose one with a suitable length."
Desventajas: "Delayed departure with no estimated time available."
Ventajas: "My only real good experience was my last flight from Shanghai to Los Angeles. Our flight was actually on time. Everything from boarding, to take off. The staff was really attentive and the food was tasty."
Desventajas: "3 out of 4 flights were delayed. One flight, the plane was on time and we boarded according to schedule. But for some reason the luggage was late. As a result the plane missed its departure time with air traffic control which delayed the flight an hour and a half."
