Desventajas: "Inconsistencies, on my way back to montreal from the philippines, i was informed that baggage would be claimed directly to final port of destination but didnt, when i arrived at toronto i had to take my bagage and drop it off again, although my next flight would be with west jet airlines, korean air was not able to communicate well with their airline partners as to bagage claim and changes in boarding gates."

There were also representatives waiting in various locations throughout the airport with signs to make sure we made our connecting flights. A rep even met me at my next departure gate to ensure that I had made it!"

They constantly feed u & alcoholic beverages all at no extra charge. Flight attendants always have a smile on their flight. In flight entertainment was great, touch screen and remote controller. They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

Ventajas: "Check in and boarding were flawless. The flight left about one hour late. The seats in coach are getting smaller and smaller. I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

Media hora de espera mas y termine perdiendo el transfer al hotel y tuve que esperar 3 horas mas al proximo. Un vuelo de 2 horas me llevo todo el dia"

Desventajas: "El embarque muy lento y desorganizado, el personal para chequear tu vuelo en shanghai demasiado incompetente, es la tercera vez que voy a shanghai y a la hora de salir siempre les aparece a ellos un error en su sistema, todo eso despues de haber pasado la aduana... algo que deberian haber corregido, con mi visado y pasaporte en orden, yo comprendo que la temperatura del avion debe ser baja ...pero en estos vuelos se les va la mano hace muchisimo frio en esos aviones para un viaje de casi 14 horas, termino siempre enfermandome y con gripe a causa de esas largas horas de frio constante ...deberian mejorar y comprar nuevos aviones con mas espacio para esos viajes tan largos, porque los que he cogido hasta ahora estan un poco incómodos...ojalá mejoren, aunque se que estoy lejos de la realidad pero igual se los dejo dijo."

Creo que a estas personas no deberían ubicarlas en las asientos centrales. Más aún si es reubicación"
