When we arrived February 16th they stated we were "standby" after a debated discussion they found us some seats at the very back of the plane (not our selected seats). On our flight back they had us, my husband and I seating in separate sections on the plane (again not our selected seats) 6 rows away from each other. I will NOT recommend using Kayak in the future. The fruit was nearly frozen it was so cold. The entree had a few different things but still a weird combination of veggies."

Ventajas: "I had a headache and I asked for getting aspirin to one flight attendant. Later on, I found out that many attendants were aware of my situation and kindly checked-in regularly if I was OK. Excellent hospitality no matter what kind of class your seat was!"

Desventajas: "Two key issues: 1. Split up seating 2. Required to pick up and check baggage with limited time due to customs check. 1. They split up all four of our seats (despite booking more than 30 days in advance). Our seven (7) year old daughter was by her self. So was our fifteen (15) year old son. When we addressed it to baggage check (part of major issue number 2), they put two seats together, across an aisle, with both children in them. We obviously just sat one of the adults with the seven year old. This was not just us. SEVERAL families had children seated alone and spread all over the plane. ANA needs to require grouped seating for children under thirteen (13) years old with an adult. 2. Tokyo Haneda is the only airport I can think of where I have to pick up and check baggage again just to clear customs. The flights were 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. With nearly an hour dedicated to getting baggage claimed and getting through customs, we barely had time to fix two of our split seats (see issue 1) and rush via a free bus route that took 6 minutes (luckily we were first stop) to get us to domestic terminal 2. We were then lucky again because we made it through security quickly and our gate happened to be right next to the security check we chose. Another side piece: Haneda Domestic Terminal 2 has four security check areas (A-D). We saw no identifying marks indicating which were closest to which gate. Our bags have already been through a bag check process. Feel free to run them through security scans. Don’t make us wait to collect them just to walk them through the customs desk and check them again."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

At the airport in Doha the flight representative went above and beyond to accommodate better seating for myself and my son. Luckily it was not a full flight and lots of the passengers had plenty of space. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY professional. I will definitely be giving this airline my hard earned money in the future for reservations as much as I can!!!!"

La cantidad de opciones del entrenamiento a bordo es excelente sólo deberían agregar opciones en castellano Muy mala actitud de la tripulación salvo los que había españoles Bajo mucho la calidad de lo que era antes de la oande

Se restrasó el abordaje pero en general fue bueno y sin contratiempos. No me gustó que no te permitan bajar al piso principal cuando vas en vuelo de conexion.
Excelente servicio y linea aérea, buenos espacios de equipaje y gran servicio de comida. Los espacios un poco justos para un vuelo interoceánico, pero de lo mejor que he visto

Pude hacer un upgrade a ultima hora que hizo de mi viaje muy agradable. El programa ICE de entretenimiento es muy bueno. La comida y los licores y vinos excelentes.

La atencion miy buena. Todo bien. El desayuno no me gustó
El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"

More restroom maintenance was needed throughout this long flight. I thought this airline was the nicest I have been on save this one issue. It would be great if Turkish Airlines could resolve it in the future! Additionally the boarding process in Istanbul was like herding cattle. People weren't seated according to boarding group and it was absolute mayhem--no single file line, people shoving past one another to get seated first on the same plane."
