Korean Air wouldnt issue my boarding pass for my INC to CEB flight at LAX so I have to get in line again at the Korean Air check- in counter in INC then was told to go to Jin Air since it was operated by them. Jin Air wouldn't issue a boarding pass because my flight was at 8 AM the following day. I ended up sleeping at the predept area until the counter opened."

The lavatories could use a cleaning sometime along the flight. Our flight was packed so after so many people using them, they were not looking or smelling their best. Tickets are expensive. Ventajas: "I flew from Tokyo to Seoul on Korea Air. I was very impressed by how comfortable the airplane was. It had the most leg room of any flight that I have taken in recent memory. The entertainment system worked well and had a number of good options for movies and TV shows in English. Korea Air served a nice lunch on the flight which was a mix of Western and Korean food."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.
Una aerolinea con estandares de calidad y de servicio insuperables. Nos trataron muy bien desde que llegamos al Counter.
El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

The crew was quick to get everyone settled and our flight departed within just a couple of minutes from the original departure time. I was told there were no aisle seats and when we finished boarding I could see that the attendant on the ground had not been truthful.
